Baez has repeatedly refused to let her undergo a Psychiatric evaluation....
He knows as well as I do that she is perfectly sane, just selfish and sociopathic. The child was in the way of her getting the man she wanted.
 

While I love that he is so stupid that he would go against his own supporting counsil, but seriously I have to wonder, why is this defense attorney not trying to grasp at every straw available to help his client?  If this psych says "No" then go to the next one...and so on and so forth until you find a chump that will say "Yes"....barrow Tridents commercial and state "4 out of 5 Psychs recommend she is sane, but what happened to that 1"  If not anything, it provides some reasonable doubt to push her away from the chair/needle.

Not trying to help them, but am a little boggled by their actions.......is he still hoping to back up this false statement that Caylee is still alive and living in an ice castle in Jamaica?  Is Todd Black checking out the tree where the German Sheppards take a leak?  I mean seriously how much stranger can this whole ordeal get.

Bone and hair at least. Depends on the conditions. Is the body in a container of some sort, buried, in water, etc. Yes, would be like finding a needle in a haystack but it can be done. Bodies have been found and id'd after 10, 15, 20 years. So I have hope.

Something weird about Murts site.I do love going there but no sooner do I get there,my computer tower revs up like a race car and from there it is great hesitation in my posting etc..There were 380 people there a minute ago.I think Murt is going to have to do something else because the chat flys so fast it is hard to read or participate..
