Regarding the 24th of June... I wonder if Caylee was in the trunk when Casey wouldn't let George near the trunk to get the item he needed. Could you imagine if he didn't tell Casey that he was gonna get, and just went on out and got and opened the trunk and discovered Caylees little body dead. All of this Zanny stuff wouldn't be going on. George would be traumatized for life. Its hard to even think about.

With all this stuff ... WHY doesn't she just come clean and tell where this baby is .... WHY?  Just stop it now ... and tell Tim where to go and get her ...

Marymary, Bud's Girl and others:  The following is not a reflection of what you have written here but it's at this point that I realized I had to pour out my feelings.  It just seemed simpler to click your quote button than go several pages and hit reply. I hope you understand why I could not stay silent.

I cannot in good conscience fail to reply after reading several posts about bi-polar disease.

I have been married 21 years.  My husband is bi-polar.  It is a genetic trait (50/50 chance we've been told).  It runs through his family generation after generation and is one of the main reasons we don't have children.

I have always been disturbed that it is such a hidden disease...one that has been whispered about for decades.  Now I am more disturbed that it has become a catch-all, misunderstood disease.  I am a natural redhead and I must tell you that even though my hair is graying now, I have a much quicker and hotter temper than my husband ever thought of having.  Yet he is the one with the mental illness called bi-polar.

Bi-polar is simply the current buzz word for manic depression.  While there is no cure for it, there are extremely effective medicines available to bring the brain chemistry to a more normal level.

My husband is bi-polar.  From the way others describe the disease in generalizations, I might add, I should perhaps expect violence.  Yet the worse thing I've ever had to deal with when he was at his absolute worst was the fear he might kill himself...not violently but by just fading away...maybe by forgetting to breathe.  It's very hard for a spouse to understand that loving someone is not enough to keep them living.  Hospitalization and the right meds are imperative in that situation.

All told, out of our 21 years, we've probably had less than 6 months total of severe depression.  Mania?  His mania tends to manifest in buying things and even on a bad day, I can still outshop him.  Mania has never been a problem for us due to the medication. At times we both have been known to overuse our credit cards but nowadays that's almost the norm for Americans.  Thankfully, we have that totally under control which makes our credit healthier than many "normal" couples.

Bi-polar has become the mental health catch-all word as a way to define why people do outrageous things like murder.  More often than not, while it may be one of the problems, there are usually other mental illnesses undiagnosed in the criminal.  Plus, just being plain mean doesn't have a medical diagnosis as far as I know.  For some reason we have difficulty believing there are just some plain old evil people living on this planet with us.

I don't doubt that some of you have known bi-polars who exhibited amoral behavior but it is quite possible that other underlying mental illnesses were also involved.  I just want those of you who are not well-versed in this particular mental illness to think before you automatically equate it with evil behavior.

Dear DR,

Thank you so much for sharing your life with us.  Thank you for all of the insight you have shared with all of us about BP disorder.  It brought a human face to the issue rather than just words on a printed page.

Bless Your Hearts!!!

PJ flower

Dear DR:

You brought me to tears.  I lost a daughter (27 y/o, completed suicide) who was diagnosed bi-polar.  I remember talking to her psych. and telling him I had never seen violent behavior, any sort of rage or psychotic breaks.  He told me there were many forms of the disease.  This girl was very loving with a peaceful heart.  Her mania manifested in impulsivity (bought a computer online at 2:00 in the morning), racing thoughts and depression.  Her first suicide attempt was when she was fifteen years old.  My daughter gave up on ever having a normal (prescription free) life; I never gave up hope and would have ended my life if it would have saved her.

Not all b/p's are out being promiscuous.  They all aren't psychotic.  I, too, think the diagnosis is overused these days.

Looking at the first doc: Casey Anthony at Fusian Ultra Lounge June 13, 2008    The Fox site has the date wrong.  That was June 20/21 not the 13th
Klaas, the second page of that particular doc is a statement by the photographer saying the photos of Casey taken at Fusian were taken on June 6, 13th, and 20th.  Casey was wearing a black dress on June 6 and 13 and a blue dress on the 20th.

I am very curious as to why Cindy would lie and tell police that Casey didn't take her SUV the day George followed her. Is Cindy lying just to hear herself or is she covering something up. That, in itself is not suspicious because I borrow my Moms truck all the time, no reason to lie, it gets suspicious because Cindy has to lie about it.

I guess Casey has learned to lie from her mother. Monkey see monkey do. No pun intended!

She can't!!!  She can never never tell.  If they find the body after all this time, it may not lead to her, or they may not be able to pin it on her, it is her only chance to remain quiet, then if they never find the body, she may only get the charges for the bad checks, etc.  Who knows, she may have already done enough time for those...

SunPass is what we use here in Florida when we use the toll roads.  It is a small transponder you place inside your car on the dash or windshield.  You prepay your account and it automatically deducts the toll charges instead of having to stop to pay.  There are lanes at the toll plazas specifically for SunPass users.

Sharon just posted and it seems Sunpass is FL equivalent to NY/NJ's EZPass....prepaid tolls.

Casey Anthony tells DCF workers that investigators will not make her confess

Sarah Lundy, Amy L. Edwards, Walter Pacheco

Sentinel Staff Writers

1:34 PM EST, November 6, 2008

Casey Anthony's interview at jail and home with DCF workers
1:30 p.m. On Aug. 25, Department of Children and Families investigator William Procknow met with Casey Anthony and her mother, Cindy Anthony, at their home on Hopespring Drive. Casey Anthony greeted Procknow with a smile and sat down with him in the dining room.

The meeting was to go over the allegations of maltreatment, inadequate supervision and threatened harm -- accusations reported to DCF.

Anthony told him that she looked forward to telling her side of the story to someone other than her family and law enforcement. Cindy Anthony began talking when Casey stopped her, saying this was her chance to speak.

Casey went on to describe how she left her child with babysitter Zenaida Gonzales so she could work. She said despite what the sheriff's office has reported, she is a seasonal worker at Universal Studios in the event department.

When the investigator inquired about the babysitter, Casey Anthony said she couldn't reveal more because of her criminal case.

She described how she met Caylee's father in middle school and said his name was Eric. He and his family moved to Kentucky where he later died in a car crash. She refused to give his last name to protect his family's privacy.

Casey talked about the psychological testing that was done at the jail. She said she was told that "everything was normal" and she has never been diagnosed with any mental health conditions.

When talking about the case, she vowed that she is innocent and did not do anything to her child. She said the sheriff's office is trying to "break her and make her confess to something she did not do."

She repeated several times that authorities would not "break her and she and her attorney are confident going to trial."

Throughout the meeting, Procknow noticed she appeared detached emotionally, appearing "very cool and smooth" and spoke with conviction and confidence.

On Sept. 4, Procknow and another DCF worker met with Casey at the Orange County Jail. She told the child protection workers that the sheriff's office is spending more time trying to find her guilty without any evidence instead of searching for Caylee.

One of the workers mentioned that Sheriff Kevin Beary was on the news recently, saying he was offering more money to help the group EquuSearch look for the toddler.

"She stated she is aware of the group, but hasn't seen the news recently. She stated that as a mother she would have a knowing feeling inside if something bad happened to Caylee and that her mother, Cindy, had the same type of feeling about her and her brother growing up," Procknow wrote in the report.

During their conversation, the investigators noted Anthony referred to Caylee as "that child," suggesting some form of detachment.

This is curious.  Assuming Casey took Cindy's Toyota on June 26th.  And I don't know this is true.  I'm just guessing based on the other dates not fitting in the correct timeframe.

There is a gap in her cell phone pings from 11:30 to apx 13:30 on June 26th as well.  The same time the E-Pass is charged.  So she didn't use her phone while she had her Mom's car?

Well, the transponder's price is about $5.  They used to be 24!  I usually pay about $8 dollars if I drive from my home in S. Florida to Orlando.  You get a discount on tolls when you use SunPass.  I think about 25%.

Thankyou for the explanation.Would it be to forward of me to ask what you have to pay in order to drive on these toll roads?

What I want to know is when Casey returned Cindy's vehicle was no one home?  I just can't see her parents not confronting her about taking off with their car, especially since Caylee was nowhere to be seen!
