Hi Everyone, I am a new member, this is my first post on this site...I hope I am doing it right ! Anyway, my husband and me left Alexandria Va two days ago and finally made it to Orlando this morning ! We got checked in to the motel, he is out cold, and thankfully I have computer access. Since we have been on the road it looks like the search HQ location has been changed as has the meeting site for tomorrow evening's team leader orientation. I am not familar with Orlando, thank goodness for Google maps !

Teens Discover Human Skull, Remains
Deputies Search For Clues In Woods

POSTED: 1:42 pm EST November 6, 2008
UPDATED: 2:46 pm EST November 6, 2008

DELTONA, Fla. -- Two teenagers discovered a skull and other human remains Thursday morning while walking in a wooded area in Deltona, sheriff's deputies said.

The remains were found about 150 yards into the woods off Alex Lane around 11:30 a.m., according to the Volusia County Sheriff's Office.

The remains appear to be that of an adult, deputies said.

Sheriff's investigators are gathering up the bones and searching for clothing, personal items or anything else that might provide clues to the identity of the victim and the cause of death.

The remains will be turned over to the Volusia County Medical Examiner's Office, which assist in the investigation.

Are the dates wrong for the EZ Pass?  I'm mostly seeing July dates when Casey was in jail.

Lisa

I think they just pulled all of the EZ Pass and yes, most are after Casey was in jail.  Here's the link to all the EZ Pass docs, I didn't post them all:

http://media.myfoxorlando.com/photogalleries/110608anthonyepassrecords/indexGallery.htm

In George's Aug.4 Interview, he told LE he was not sure which day, but between June 24-27, between 5:30-6 PM, Casey took Cindy's vehicle and he followed her. He told LE to check the EZ Pass records to find out which date that was.

Do we know which date that was?

I thought it was the 29th?   Maybe the 26th?  But looking at the charges I don't see a date in June where the 4Runner and HHR were out at the same time.

Lisa

I am positive he said "June 24-27, between 5:30-6 PM" in his Aug. 4 Interview.

I was hoping that the EZ Pass records would let us know which date it was.

O/T: Why, oh why on busy doc dump days do I have to go out?  LOL Have to run out for an hour or so ... hopefully I will be able to catch up when I get back. Keep up the sleuthing!

George doesn't have any charges on his E-Pass from the 24-27th.  He does have a charge on the 29th (but the Toyota doesn't on that date).

Hmmm.  It doesn't sound like George is lying to me.....  Did he just get his dates completely messed up?  But from his interview on Aug 4th (pg 17) he is certain that all LE has to do is pull the E-Pass records to see ascertain the date he followed Casey.

PJ, thank you for the response.  Who'd have "thunk" that post would strike such a chord?  Lately with my days and nights transposed, my posting is usually around 3-4 am when no one is around.  Generally I never even know if they've been read...lol

Garden Gnome, oh my goodness...I wish I was there to give you a big bear hug.  I am so sorry to hear of your daughter's death.  I hope you realize that you did all you could.  Love can't seem to conquer this disease even though we so want it to.  Hopefully, you can reach a peace (if you haven't already) that if the meds could not tame the beast, your daughter was in such pain and anguish.  I personally can't grasp a pain so fierce that love can't soothe it but I'm learning to accept that it is so for some people. I sort of classify this as one of those things we "see through a glass darkly."  Someday we will understand.  God bless.

Deltona is about a 20 min drive from Orlando, but I told my husband  I can get there in 10 mins from Orlando

Just because the EPASS statement says which car the charge is for, it doesn't mean that the car on the statement was used. I've let my son borrow my Sun Pass/EPASS a lot of times...they can find out which car it was if they run the toll booth because a camera takes snapshots of it. So they could move the EPASS/Sun Passes from car to car.
