Most definitely.  I believe that KC will easily be convicted of her other crimes.  Right now it looks like the defense is preparing for her defense by claiming she is bipolar.  The memo that NG discussed tonight sounded like it was copied straight from the DSM IV's definition of bipolar disorder. 
I pray the TES finds Caylee so this game can end.  This little girl needs to finally rest and given a proper burial.

Good question. Thefts, promiscuity and lying seemed to be part of her life for a LONG time, not just after she killed Caylee.

Don't know about BP but Cindy did tell Ryan that Casey was a "sociopath" ... don't know if that was just "her opinion" or if perhaps Casey had been previously diagnosed by a therapist ...

Since Caylee was born ... Casey Anthony only had to take care of her own personal needs and ... I believe that those needs were met by stealing ... not working.

New Video, Documents Released

Prosecutors said Anthony stole more than $1,300 from Huizenga.

Anthony apparently made grocery and clothing purchases during a time in mid-July -- after Caylee had been missing for more than a month and when Casey Anthony was living with her boyfriend.

In addition to using Huizenga's checks to buy items, prosecutors said Anthony also cashed a check at a Bank of America where surveillance cameras captured her at a teller window.

Anthony allegedly wrote a check to herself for $250, Local 6 reported. Prosecutors said Anthony forged Huizenga's signature on the bottom of a check.

Also, on one of the checks Anthony allegedly spent in a Central Florida Target store, she signed "Casey Anthony" on the bottom of Huizenga's check, Local 6 reported.

In addition to five paper checks, detectives said Anthony wrote an electronic check to AT&T for $574.

If Anthony is convicted of all 13 check fraud charges, she could be sentenced up to 65 years in prison, Local 6 reported.

Unfortunately Hudsunn ... I think they are going to claim that Caylee died as a result of an accident and Casey "lost it" ... "went crazy" ... aka "erratic behavior"

What I don't understand is the Casey "baby pictures" ... personally I think they ought to do side by side pics ... baby pics coupled with Fusian pics .... the smiles look the same to me!  Real ... not the "cheezy ones" you see when pictured with Caylee ...

The pics of Casey as an older child kind of scared me!  I don't know if it was her hair pulled back or the black, souless looking eyes.

I am a therapist and have worked with DCF in Florida.  Yes, it is a felony to give a child a sedative without an MD's approval or prescription. 
I personally believe Casey was working as an escort and was drugging Caylee.

I believed this from the start of the case.  I think it is just a gut feeling that I have regarding her work as an escort.  I think the computer records even indicated searches for escort services.  I would be very surprised if this did not turn out to be the case. 

She was certainly getting cash money from someplace....we know she was stealing for her family and friends.we know she was running up cindy's credit cards..I am just still in shock that her family claims they say they thought she was actually working at Universal all this time..so you might be right....at this point nothing would surprise me.

Thanks KC Jackie.  Red's dumpster and the office park are right there by several cell phone pings.  Maybe he really is correct and it's the trifecta.  Was anyone able to identify where the little white church is located?  Red took them during the search so they must be fairly close together.  He said that the search team parked their cars in the church parking lot.  It's all in the same location as the bridge where the shovel was found and the dumpster in the office park.

The erratic behaviour I believe started B4 the kiddo was born. I thought they might be going for Post Partum. She denied being preggers until the last month or two. The promiscuity was also B4. She wasn't depressed when we saw her strut her stuff to and fro from Baez's office. She might be depressed now with no attention, FaceBoook, MySpace and all that. 
The doc dump tomorrow should be sizzling hot, ready to combust.

I believe that Casey Anthony pretended to go to work each day ... something akin to June 16th when she told her father that she was going to work and leaving Casey at the Nanny.

However ... cell phone records reveal that she must have returned to the home with Caylee within a short period of time.  I suspect Casey was back home within minutes of George leaving for work.

Cell Phone Pings Help Track Casey Anthony's Movements Over 3 Days

On Monday, June 16, Anthony's father, George Anthony, said he he saw his daughter and granddaughter leave his house at about 1 p.m.

"But if they did leave at that time, the cell records show they did not go far. Casey's cell phone communicated that afternoon through the same three cell towers she could reach from her home," Pipitone said.

At 1 p.m., Anthony made a 14-minute call to her boyfriend, Tony Lazzaro. At 1:44 p.m., she made a 36-minute call to her then-best friend, Amy Huizenga. At 2:52 p.m., there was an 11-minute call with ex-fiance Jesse Grund. All of the calls used cell towers that can be reached from her parents' home, Pipitone said.

But at 4:11 p.m., Anthony began trying to reach her mother, Cindy Anthony, making four attempts in two minutes, according to records. Anthony then traveled north from her parent's home and called Lazzaro for one minute at 4:19 p.m., Pipitone reported. Two minutes later, she talked to Grund for a minute, and tried to call her mother again at 4:25 p.m., Pipitone said.

There was no other communication from Anthony's cell phone until a call was made to Lazzaro's apartment at 5:57 p.m., records show.

Two hours later, Anthony and Lazzaro were captured on surveillance video at a Blockbuster, renting a movie that contains a scene of a rotting body in a car trunk, Pipitone said.

Key Date Investigated

Pipitone sifted through thousands of documents, looking into whether Caylee died on June 16, the key date in the case.

Pipitone said to understand why investigators believe Caylee is dead starts early in the morning of June 16, when Anthony called Lazzaro from her parents' house.

The 80-minute phone call ended at 1:05 a.m., and Anthony then had a conversation via text messages with Lazzaro until Lazzaro called her at 3:08 a.m.

It is not known what was discussed, but less than 10 hours later, Caylee, who was 2 at that time, was seen for the last time by her grandfather, George Anthony, Pipitone reported.

"Ten minutes to 1 (o'clock) that afternoon on the 16th is when I actually saw Casey and Caylee together -- both leaving with backpacks -- and my daughter said she was going to work, and she was taking Caylee to the nanny, to the baby sitter," George Anthony said.

Just before 8 p.m., seven hours after Caylee was last seen alive, Casey Anthony and Lazzaro are seen on surveillance video visiting the Blockbuster store near his apartment on University Boulevard. Caylee is not in the video.
