Janet, I just thought of something and if anyone here is a lawyer, please correct me if I am wrong.  It think it is illegal and a felony to give a child anything other than a medication that has been prescribed by a physician.  Over the counter medications are OK if they are specified for children under a specific age, but sedatives aren't in the over the counter category.   If Casey gave her any kind of a sedative, I think it would be a felony.  In most states, if someone dies while a felony is being committed, it is First Degree Murder.  First Degree Murder carries the death penalty which is lethal injection in Florida.  Baez must have something big as far as Casey's psychological instability if he has any hopes of convincing a jury to give Casey life in prison instead of lethal injection.

Yes, I won this round!! LOL  I didn't think I would make it because we have customers coming in this weekend, I guess he will just have to miss a little football on Sunday.  I will keep you all updated as much as allowed!!  This will be me first searchand I am so anxious!!!

WOW.  This is huge.  The defense isn't just saying that Caylee could have died from an overdose.  They are intimating that it could be Felony Murder.
