Why do we assume that this strapping six foot five kid would need any help and his hobby was criminal law and crimes so perhaps he had long ago thought of a plan to have on hand, just for kicks, nothing serious, just a what if kind of question.  Then something bad happened and he had to use it.

I think Joran alone may have done at least the first temporary disposal.  Paulus may have told him no, you were last seen with her, this won't do and dug up the remains for relocation.  But what if only those two were involved?  That could be why no one has come forth with information, they really don't know.

Remember that Joran is reportedly a sociopath.  He may have started out abusing small animals, then offing them and hiding the evidence.  He's probably been planning something for a long time in that munster head of his.  Whether it was accidental manslaughter or pre-meditated murder, he probably had some plan worked out for disposal, just like Anna said.

Nativelingo posted some interresting information about Joran early this morning:

1.  Joran has/had emotional problems and is a patient of a local pediatric/juvenile psychiatrist (fact).
2.  The incident where Joran killed his dog and blamed it on someone else is fact
3.  That bullying friends and the dog issue are the least of Joran's problems (according to reliable sources)
4.  His HOBBY is Criminal Law (fact)

There was plenty of private property that was never searched.

I didn't mean the only private property on the whole island, just the only with a direct connection to Natalee's disappearance like being named as a destination by the suspects.  Yes, I am sure there are private homes not searched but don't think without some connection, that would be worth much.  But every where else known to be associated in any way was searched.  Even the well next door but nothing like that on the Sloots.

If it were my property I would demand it be searched thoroughly right at the beginning to clear that doubt.  Just odd the way that was handled.

Re; Steve Croes working on the Tatoo once again....how many jobs can a resident hold on the island, within their personal skills and experience?  If this is so, why does he now meet the pre-screening criteria, and didn't after the arrest?

I was just watching the Chicago fireworks show on TV too.  I didn't realize so many areas did fireworks tonight!
