Caylee Sighting Reported In Gainesville
Family Holds Prayer Vigil On Sunday

ORLANDO, Fla. -- A possible sighting of Caylee Anthony sent the 3-year-old girl's grandparents to Gainesville.

"They saw a little girl with a gentleman shopping in a store and said the little girl looked like Caylee, so they felt strongly enough to give us a call," grandmother Cindy Anthony said.

George and Cindy Anthony reviewed surveillance video from the store but were not able to determine the child's identity.

That picture of the cross does not look like a beaded necklace.  That looks like someone just made a memorial thing and hung it on a tree like when they use tie ribbons around.  I was expecting to see something more like a rosary.

I am so frustrated with LP. Why did he wait until Tim announced the search was called off to break this "bombshell?" That cross was found months ago and LP is portraying it as if it was found yesterday.  ALso, since when is JCP a craft store?

I don't know, my hinky meter is in overload today. I just want Caylee found but believe in heart it won't happen now or ever.

I heard earlier that it is the fabric on the cross that is causing all the attention and not the beads?JCP sell fabric? I dunno...I was hoping that Tim would stay longer until every rock was turned over considering the magnitude of this case.It seems finding Caylee would be the very thing keeping KC behind bars for good which in my opinion is vital to the case.I realize there are other families needing his help but proving KC to be not as smart as she thinks she is would be the ultimate pay-off and a reason to keep looking.God Bless Tim and everyone for all their help though..I'm officially a Monkey Mutt now...

Something does not sound right here. If FBI are truly involved in this search
would their authority supercede Parks and recs. something is not right. Also

I think the JCP thing is either gonna be a suitcase type item or Casey got her hair and nails done because wasnt Tony coming home.  I thought maybe she wanted to get all dolled up him.

You can make out the "string" hanging from the top bead to the cross. It looks like it might be leather. I'm looking for the brown beads............

The cross looks like its made out that plastic canvas that you can cross stich over with yarn.

Hi katntx.  She might have had her nails etc. done but I don't think that would be evidentiary, other than to say she was busy enjoying herself while Caylee was missing.  Think more likely it was an item/s that would send red flags!  Cindy witheld receipt...she knows it would incriminate her daughter. jmo

If Casey has made crosses before, then one might have to guess that she would make one nicer looking than this- "practice makes perfect".  How do we even know for sure this cross was made by her? IMO it looks like something a child made, perhaps for somebody that died there, or who died and used to love to be there.  If that IS craft foam, that's a strange thing to make a cross out of.  Don't you think?
