No idea if this is the song ... just thought it was interesting.

Tori Amos - "97 bonnie and clyde"

Baby your da-da loves you
And I'm always gonna be here for you
No matter what happened
You're all I got in this world
I'd never give you up for nothin'
Nobody in this world is ever gonna keep you from me
I love you

C'mon Hai-Hai, we goin to the beach
Grab a couple of toys and let da-da strap you in the car seat
Where's mama? She's takin a little nap in the trunk
Oh that smell -- da-da musta runned over a skunk

Now I know what you're thinkin - it's kind of late to go swimmin
But you know your mama, she's one of those type of women
That do crazy things, and if she don't get her way, she'll throw a fit
Don't play with da-da's toy knife, honey, let go of it
And don't look so upset, why you actin bashful?
Don't you wanna help da-da build a sand castle?

And mama said she wants to show you how far she can float
Don't worry about that little boo-boo on her throat
It's just a little scratch - it don't hurt
Her was eatin dinner while you were sweepin and spilled ketchup on her shirt
Mama's messy isn't she? We'll let her wash off in the water
Me and you can pway by ourselves, can't we?

Just the two of us
Just the two of us
Just the two of us

See honey -- there's a place called heaven and a place called hell
There's a place called prison and a place called jail
And da-da's probably on his way to all of em except one
Cause mama's got a new husband and a stepson
And you don't want a brother do ya?
Maybe when you're old enough to understand a little better I'll explain it to ya
But for now we'll just say mama was real real bad
She was bein mean to dad and made him real real mad
But I still feel sad that I put her on time-out
Sit back in your chair honey, quit tryin to climb out
I told you it's okay HaiHai wanna ba-ba take a night-night? Nan-a-boo, goo-goo ga-ga?
Her make goo-goo ca-ca? Da-da change your dia-dee
Clean the baby up so her can take a nighty-nighty
Your dad'll wake her up as soon as we get to the water
Ninety-seven Bonnie and Clyde, me and my daughter
Me and my daughter
Me and my daughter

Just the two of us
Just the two of us
Just the two of us

Wake up sweepy head we're here
Before we pway we're gonna take mama for a wittle walk along the pier
Baby, don't cry honey, don't get the wrong idea
Mama's too sweepy to hear you screamin in her ear
That's why you can't get her to wake, but don't worry
Da-da made a nice bed for mommy at the bottom of the lake
Here, you wanna help da-da tie a rope around this rock?
We'll tie it to her footsie then we'll roll her off the dock
Ready now, here we go, on the count of free
One.. two.. free.. oh-weeeeeee
There goes mama, splashin in the water
No more fightin with dad, no more restraining order
No more step-da-da, no more brother
Blow her kisses bye bye, tell mommy you love her
Now we'll go play in the sand, build a castle and junk
But first, just help dad with two more things out the trunk

Just -- the two - of us

WTF?? I don't think I'll be listening to any Tori Amos songs, do you think she could be any more grotesque???

there is NO WAY a mother would get a SHOVEL to get a baby out of the pool.... she would just go in and grab her.. otherwise why even GET her at all... let the parents find her... oooooops.. they wouldnt answer the phone... thats right....Sad

Lp said that they believe Casey put Caylee in the pool after she was dead to try & fake a drowning. It didn't work because Caylee sank to the bottom. Casey went next door to borrow the shovel to get her lifted up off the bottom of the pool so she could get her back out. She laid her on the ground & put her in a trash bag. That is where the dogs hit in the backyard. She put her in the trunk of her car & she was there when GA tried to get in her car that day. She stayed in the trunk for 10 days or so before Casey decided where to dump her. I wish I had written LP's timeline down but i couldn't write fast enough. It all sounded just like what Casey would do.

MARY, DO YOU HAVE ANYMORE TO ADD, I CAN'T REMEMBER EVERYTHING!!!!!

Why wouldn't she use a pool tool to try and get her out? We used to have a pool years ago, and we had long metal handled things with nets to skim the pool/leaves etc. Why would she get a shovel? That makes no sense to me.

jmp

We also have a pool and I tried to use a pool net to get a beach towel out of the pool and it broke the net off of the pole, imagine trying to pick up a body with one.
You would need a heavier or stronger tool to be able to pick up something that heavy
out of the water or off the bottom of the pool.

Yeah, I guess. Not that I fetch bodies out of pool. I would just hop in and fetch it. It was an above ground pool. She was at home, she could just change clothes.

The shovel and the pool just seem unlikely to me.

I am not Casey though. She

I hate to be negative, but after watching Murts little video I have to ask 2 questions.

1. How could Casey have pulled all this off at such a congested park without being seen?

2. Why would that necklace still be on the tree after such a long time?  I mean it out lasted hurricane force winds and rain as well as the human being who may wish to take a nice trinket?

GRACE: Leonard Padilla, weigh in.

LEONARD PADILLA, BOUNTY HUNTER, HELPING TO SEARCH FOR CAYLEE ANTHONY: Well, you know, the other day somebody was saying, what makes you think -- I says if we have to drain every pond and gut every gator, we`re going to find little Caylee.

We`ve got the people, we`ve got the manpower and we`ve got the area and we`ve got the best, Tim Miller. Tim Miller, directing this search is the best there is.

Very early this morning, TES was asking for anyone with K9 units, small boats, and divers.  Is it possible that Tim did not have enough people to do an aquatic search of that lake today?

Hi SS...Wondering if they didn't get to look around with some of their side-scanners and such and that is why the divers are going in tomorrow.

Mum - is it possible that you have had another of your moments of brilliance?  If they have been using the side-scan radar, they would have to go through the water first with the small boat and the equipment.  Then, they identify the sites that are of interest with the computers.  Then, the divers go in to check.  I wonder if it took two days to complete the scan and site identification.  What if nobody is at odds with anybody right now and that TES, FBI, LE, and LP are all very happy with each other.  Perhaps they all have a common goal for tomorrow morning and then TES is off to North Carolina.  Why is the Memorial Service scheduled for Blanchard Park on Tuesday?  Are there things that we don't know?

I am trying not to get my hopes up. But the scenario above makes sense. I'm just not sure that if they think there is something there based on the scans that LP should be giving interviews about it. And yes, I'm sure there are so many things we do not know.

Janet

One other thing about the necklace..it was my understanding that this was found on the previous search so I would think that Tim would have had knowledge of this necklace for some time now?

Sea Searcher

I am just finding the unanswered questions encompassing the TES search and ... now the Leonard Padilla search so overwhelming.

I am taking a time-out.

Eldest son, DIL and two year old grandson came over to the mainland from Vancouver Island yesterday.  They stayed the night but ... left early this morning for Vancouver where they plan to spend the day at the home of DIL's relatives.

I HATE SHARING!!

I suppose I should prepare some dinner just in case they have not eaten.

GOOD NIGHT MONKEYS

What is this about a Memorial Service at Blanchard Park at 9PM?  Is that tonight?

LP was "interviewed" by Murt this afternoon at Blanchard Park, and LP announced a Memorial service would be held tomorrow morning at 9 PM at the park.

LP told Murt that he would have divers at the park at 8:00 tomorrow morning.  The memorial service will Tuesday morning at 9AM whether they find Caylee or not.

AH.. but he ALSO told everyone that 50 bounty hunters would show up too...

I am laughing about these 50 bounty hunters.  We won't know if they showed up.  Bounty Hunters won't wear a sign that says Bounty Hunter, and they certainly don't want to be identified through the media.  I don't think we'll know one way or the other if the Bounty Hunters were there or not.

The whole pool thing isn't working for me either. Taking a body out a pool with a shovel? Im thinking no...Could KC have gone back after the fact and put the necklace there? I know nothing about the area but that is a very good point about the hurricanes. I cant remember when the hurricanes were in relation to her arrest. The whole search thing is very distressing. I am not angry with LP, Tim...I am frustrated with all of the people that said they would be there and didn't show up! A commitment is just that! If you are not going, say nothing. Don't spout nonsense when people are counting on you!
