I don't see how Dennis Milstead at KFN has any power to stop anyone from doing anything.

Can they be arrested? Disturbing the peace? Harrassment? Terroristic threatening? Being crooks and jackasses?

I don't believe that Milstead has any legal standing whatsoever to stop the search for Caylee.  Leonard Padilla is a lawyer and should know whether or not he can do this, as well as whether or not it is possible to get a restraining order against Milstead.  If it can be proven (i.e. an eyewitness) that he actually stole the flowers, then he can be charged with vandalism. Someone should make the press aware of Milstead's criminal past and by the way, it wouldn't hurt if someone bought him a bra.  In fact, I don't believe that the Anthonys actually have legal standing to stop a search for a missing child.

Apparently, Mark Nejame is involved in the Kid Finders Network to some compacity.  I am somewhat leary what is going on behind the scenes.

I did not realize that Leonard Padilla was an attorney.

Maybe another Monkey is able to help out here.

Can you say GONG SHOW??? What needs to be done is an hour long national tv special of investigative journalism that gets to the bottem of some of these characters, including the A's. Not Tim, not LP, but this crazy entourage the A's have developed to help create chaos and confusion. No soft pedalling by the journalists because the A's are grieving! Tough questions, a serious look at their behaviour and actions and those they surround themselves with! I have seen many crime victims and not once have I seen behaviour that even closely resembles this group of weirdos and talking heads!  Trying to stop searches???? That should be one that makes LE stop and say hmmm. I believe KC moved the body more than once, which accounts for the witness sightings, the pings and blanchard park. I think the A's are now overtly obstructing justice with their lunacy and it needs to stop..A gucci bag matching her sweater with Caylee's picture on it? That will help find Caylee how? Time for the media to head this in the right direction and expose this nonsense!!!

I have no idea what all happened this past weekend. All I know TES had a meeting at a club owned by Nejame, and everything seemed to be somewhat smoothed over with Tim and the Anthony's. Then all of a sudden we have disagreements, arguments, Garrison fired or Garrison resigned, the crazy antics in the park with the Anthony's and that Milstead character, murt's site hacked with porn, I'm sure there is more. I said to myself two weeks before TES came to search CINDY had some tricks up her sleeve. I'm not sure what the tricks were, but you can be sure that with all this upset Cindy is behind it, that I have no doubt.

Klaas did you or Janet or any of the others take notice of my request to help me find where KCJackie and I was posting and it was a written out account of the 30th pings and text messages. I believe near the beginning it started something like on the 29th at 11:59 KC called her the A's house and got called back seems like about !2-1230am. there were several calls back and forth and this was the first contact ever made .This written out account is different  ( is before and much more detailed) than the one where Christopher Stutz is in n Bold letters. Can you please help me look for it. It is very very important I find it I have looked and maybe I'm looking to hard. It seems we were posting late at night Would that have have been removed because of off topic that was going on at the time?

After dropping of Tony at Airport - she goes to Amy's house (they go to Target to buy gas can) she spends the day at Amy's.

4:56 pm - she is in the vicinity of JcPenney's

5:00 pm - Around Tony's apartment

5:30 - 6:10 pm - Back at JCPenney's

9:10 pm - 2:00 am (Jul 1st) Blanchard Park area - still texting Andy, Christopher Stutz and 4058. Anthony Residence starts calling (left a couple of messages it looks like) after 1:40 am several times up to 2:02 am.

2:07 am (July 1st) - Casey places a 13 minute call to Andy - still in Blanchard Park ping area

2:25 am - Casey is around Alfaya & Pope

2:28 am - 4058 texts Casey - now she's at Navarro & Dallas (just a tad northwest of 2:25 am area)

4:24 am - Christopher Stutz texting Casey - Casey's pings indicate she is between Beechline and Aerospace - this is the area - I believe needs to be searched.

~~~~no other ping location info until 7:51 am - she is around Windmill Ridge area (residential area)

10:15 am July 1st - she is calling Jesse Grund asking to use the shower

Also gave him my opinion as to why she went to Target with Amy on this day.  And additional info on "Andy".  We'll see if anything comes of it.

I agree. KC had her bag packed. she was 1 day away from Calif. and her beauriful life. I'm wondering if she's got a stash of cash somewhere. I know she stole and wrote those checks but she was up to something in her "taxi route" I don't think she would have went out there broke even if she planned on mooching off MH. She didn't mooch off Tony or any of the other guy's that we have heard of

Maybe she had't been with the new crowd long enough to get them to trust her. She did her stealin from those that "loved"her.  Yeah, can you imagine how long, if ever, it would've been til anybody ever figured out that Caylee was gone.

MH was a marine that kC was somehow hooked up with and had been urgently texting (i believe) that she had really important news to tell him, she wanted to go to calif. to talk in person. The taxi rt. is what I called her habit of roaming around the boonies all hours of the day and night..All of this is from my memory so I don't have exact quotes or anything.  J

I just keep feeling and thinking that LP was CLOSE to Caylee and that was the reason for the Blanchard Park shenanigans....we have seen alot of Crazy Cindy footage over the past few months but there was something about her Monday that was particularly unhinged....

I don't do research half as well as some of you Monks, but I do read body language well.  She was freaking panicked.  George looked like he was about to cry.  The way she was hugging Rob Dick?  Strange....

I think LP and his divers were dangerously close.

Anthony Family Fires Their Own Spokesman
Wednesday, November 12, 2008 – updated: 3:44 pm EST November 12, 2008

ORLANDO, Fla. -- The family of Caylee Anthony says their spokesman was profiting off their misery, so they fired him just hours after Eyewitness News confronted Larry Garrison for pocketing thousands of dollars off TV deals.

The Anthonys claim they haven't made a dime off their granddaughter's disappearance, but somebody's getting paid. Eyewitness News obtained documents showing TV networks paid thousands of dollars for Caylee pictures and family interviews, but all the money went to Garrison.

Eyewitness News has learned Garrison made thousands from his relationship with the Anthonys and, until attorney Mark NeJame brought it to their attention, the Anthonys claim they didn't know about it. Garrison, as the Anthonys booking agent, set up interviews for numerous appearances. While it is common practice for programs to pay a fee to a booking agent, the Anthonys say none of the money Garrison received was ever given to them.

Meanwhile, Garrison Wednesday issued a statement saying the family has been manipulated into "situations that would not dignify the family."

Garrison said, "I can no longer be part of that behavior. I wish them all the peace and resolution they so deserve. The truth always comes out in the end, and in this case 'The truth is better than the spin."'

Caylee hasn't been seen since June. Her mother, Casey Anthony, did not report her missing until July. The mother has pled not guilty to murder, but the child's body hasn't been found.

A spokesman for the lawyer representing Casey Anthony, did not immediately return a call seeking comment.
