I also told LP whatever is posted here at SM is always taken to other forums...he said fine with him...but he wants it here at SM FIRST...because he respects the SM Forum. This will all be on LP's dime and time...he said Caylee must be found...

LP would like to know if we would like him to put 12 or more divers back into the river and continue the search all the way to the Wild Bird Preserve.  He will be basing his decision partly on what we think....he wants to find Poor Caylee so bad.....Des

when my friend and i were there today LP said Tim put the sonar in the river but never recorded so they could not check the tape!!!nothing has botherd CAorGA until now why is that??? I think LP is right on the money they are getting crazed over it now!!!

IMO no....Tim said he cleared the river.....his equipment is very high tech...if there had been anything there TES would have found it...I think that is admirable of LP...but I think he needs to check with TES and and confirm the area was check with the side sonar scanner.

I have read conflicting accounts on this .... I have heard that Tim cleared the river AND I have read that it was never searched by TES b/c it was not one of LE's sited areas .... anyone know which is the truth?

that's why I suggested he check with TIm to see..for sure....if not then IMO these 2 guys need to put on their tidy whities, kiss and make up, and go search that river

Earlier today there was a rumor that today LE came and picked up Lee at his home, I assume.

We have been trying to find out info on it and verify.  Destiny was going to see if she could find anything out from Leonard Padilla.

Dolce, supposedly earlier on CNN (I believe?) Cindy was shown talking about how LP stole a bead and some clothes or something? from their house..     I don't have any link to give you, but that's what I read here earlier.. and frankly, it just makes sense that if she's now accusing him of taking a bead from her home- one that he says he found by a tree (probably from that cross)- then she might as well admit that that cross was made by somebody who lives in that house, and placed on that very tree.

But I thought Tim Miller said he already used his side scan sonar there?  I don't know what to think.

I had my people use side-scan sonar to examine that water yesterday and then I went back myself and checked it again," Tim Miller said today in an interview with Investigation Discovery. "I told Leonard that it only takes an hour to scan it and that we had put four or five hours into it just so there would be no question as to whether she was there. I can tell u where every tire is at, I can show you where there is a bucket, where there is an old wheelbarrow and fender from a car. I can show you how deep the water is in every place and what the water temperature is. There is not a body in there."

Maybe Lee put the beads on that tree.......just to confuse the searchers or LP...all those dresses and beads are very suspicious

On what evidence is LP thinking Caylee is even there to begin with?  If it's that cross, I say no more diving.  That is not enough reason to go in there.  If there is some other compelling evidence to go along with his hunch I would agree.  It's easy to sit here and say go for it when it's not your dime being spent.  I voted yes, but then I began thinking LP should have something else to go on besides this cross and beads on a tree.  What led him to that spot in the first place?  He needs to think this through a little more before he jumps in and starts looking.  Having said that, just because OCSO thinks it's not important or relevant does not make it so.  I want more information.
