I also told LP whatever is posted here at SM is always taken to other forums...he said fine with him...but he wants it here at SM FIRST...because he respects the SM Forum. This will all be on LP's dime and time...he said Caylee must be found...

LP would like to know if we would like him to put 12 or more divers back into the river and continue the search all the way to the Wild Bird Preserve.  He will be basing his decision partly on what we think....he wants to find Poor Caylee so bad.....Des

Yes, Absolutely.  Mr. Padilla has become personally involved in this and I think he has a lot of compassion for Caylee and her fate.    Also, I want to marry him.

Thanks for all that you do on SM!  I say LP should search that river as far as possible since the hurricane could have moved Caylee from the original spot.
God bless him for caring so much for that lost angel Caylee.  His searching sure got the A's in an uproar so I think he's close.

How come that necklace lasted through the hurricane?  Sorry, but that is on my mind.  They showed it on CNN, it was not very pretty.

I was thinking more about the flooding caused by the hurricane.  However, I suspect the necklace was put there after the hurricane.

I believe she told Murt that she didn't see anything bad on there.. thus no reason to hand it over, I'm guessing. However, she's no computer genius, I'm guessing. How does she know? She doesn't know what he may or may not have had on there... and why would he just suddenly give her his computer? Simply out of the kindness of his heart? And it's still too much of a coinkydink (IMO) that they are both now connected to this case.. in a backward kind of way. 

There are probably things on there that he could have tried to erase!  And I don't think she would know enough about computers to find it!  She needs to hand it over to LE!

1) Thinks the body is definitely in the River and the current has moved it
Or
2) Wants to push the Anthony's to the breaking point and they inadvertantly reveal the place Caylee really is

Well, if his efforts did in fact find Caylee,  IMO it doesn't really matter what the motives are. Currently nobody else is out there searching for her.. if he wants to spend the money, and has the guys to do the job, and if he REALLY believes she's there in that river, I say he should go for it.  More power to him. IF he finds Caylee, what person in their right mind is going to tell him he was a bad man for finding her? (Aside from the Anthonys, that is?)

I do not think I would be alloud to dive, however I have a hubs who wants to along with a bunch of his employees who are willing...however the liability insurance for that would be astronomical given the gators.  LOL  Also I think A-1 might come and hold me down to prevent me from going diving.

Yes there are lots of things I can not do, one being cook!  LOL  I really just mostly know how to do the fun stuff. LOL

It cheezes me off to hear him say if he actually said it that ok tim did a side scan sonar check of the river but he didnt record it so i could check the tape?
What the hell does that mean, does he think Miller is lying, lazy or that he knows more about side scan sonar than Miller.

Well, is it true that it wasn't recorded?  Does sonar filter muck a foot thick?  I don't know.

Dana, I agree with you about him wanting a majority of people to let him search. It is all about ratings, glory, whatever. But, if there is any possible hope he can find this baby and he is doing it on his own dime. I say go for it. I'm not as clever as the other monkeys I just want her found and Casey convicted. Also, it would make my day if Cindy is found guilty as an accomplice.

Murt was doing his interview with channel 6 this morning/afternoon...  this woman "Oviedo" from the Justice4Caylee forum, came into the van and started talking to .. well, us    She said she had something big to tell Murt and her forum, but then she saw Murt walking with LP (IIRC) over to the tree. SO she was a bit irked that somebody else had "scooped her scoop" I think she put it. LOL  She was hoping the guy from Channel 6 would take his camera over there.. there was a small crowd by the tree, but no idea if pictures were taken. No idea how they could tell the age of a carving, either.
