So basically the search was called off because of lack of food and water.

If I had turned up to assist TES in the search effort ... I would have taken personal responsibility as far as my own food and water.

Hey ... my youngest son and wife who are youth leaders at their church ... took ten young people on an all day hike a couple of weeks ago to the summit of Golden Ears Park.  Neither one of them had to worry of whether the kids had food or water in their packpacks ... it was a given.

All the food and water that was provided through the good heart of Monkeys and others should have been a bonus ... not a necessity.

Was therw some kind of health rule where the big igloo coolers full of water and ice couldnt be used?  It would be so much cheaper even with having to buy the cups.

I had to leave for awhile for awhile...dang I missed alot....I went back and read and caught up.

I saw a few made some comments about me saying Cindy was having a fit and acting like I was making a bigger deal than it really was that and I wanted to clear that up.  Maybe its just in Texas but the way Cindy was acting yesterday we call that a fit.  I never said she went bazerk or threw a hissy....lol!  Also the comment about the banchees is just something personal I would say to my kids like your acting like a bunch of banchees.  It was not meant literally.  I felt kinda picked on and that made me sad.  Oh Well ...anyway...WTH is Lee???

That's funny you should say that, on other compters, I can see the colors but not on mine.  Just Klaasend and Red are red.

I heard Lois tell Murt about getting the computer, she was just casually talking
about it because she had an old wreck(comp) Murt said that was very nice of them
and ask who it was and she told him. She just learned how to work it and goes on
chat lines and doesn't know that much but it was good for Dakota. Murt did recognise the name. I'm a little concerned about Dakota and Lois. Is it just me????

So basically the search was called off because of lack of food and water.

I do not mean to be critical but what would have occurred with water and food if 5000 volunteers had showed up as was originally predicted? Were all the supposed places and points of interest actually searched?

RED

I remember on Saturday over at Murt's site, many people were ordering food and water..together with the folks here & WS and I'm sure others..it got to a point that we were told they had too much food and needed water for the next day so I can't understand this report..if they needed it, it would have come. (don't remember any requests for food & water on Monday)

On your second point..I heard reports (can't verify) that only 25% of targets were searched ?? I don't understand Tim pulling out saying "she'll never be found" with 75% of the search area not completed. I'm not trying to bash Tim but I see an inconsistency  there. I understand Tim's explanation of needing to help others in NC, just not the comment he made or why he didn't say in the beginning that he "could only stay for a couple of days and then had to move on"

I was hoping as he stated, that he would search until Caylee was found"

God Bless Tim and his searches in NC...what a world we live in that this man has such an enormous workload

Thanks so much for the clarification about Lee.  I hope it turns out to be something good.  I'm exhausted today, that's the most exercise I've had in weeks, sadly. I was power shopping  .  I voted YES! to LP poll.  Is he really going to continue searching?  Did he say when he would decide?

I also had something to say about LP's theory.  I'm pretty sure he said she had Caylee in the trunk, in a trash bag and when she pulled her out, the bag ripped and leaked decomp which is what was found in the trunk.  Now, it was said to have been 2.6 days old (decomp).  SO, is he saying she dumped her after 2.6 days?  That's been bugging me.

I'm not sure, but believe that he thinks she carried her in the trunk for several days.

Hi tcumom

At the time of Cindy's interview with LE ... she had not voluntarily turned over her statement.

I cannot comprehend that ... in the name of the investigation ... why that statement could not be Subpoena.  Casey Anthony ... the main suspect in the Caylee Marie case ... used that credit card in the month following the last sighting of her daugher.

Janet

Hi, janet ~ Thanks for the reply ~ it doesn't make sense to me, either.  I know those records can be subpoeaned .... maybe they have been.  Those receipts are so detailed, we would know what she purchased, down to the size and color.

I feel sure that LE would have subpoeaned the info from Penneys.  And...isn't it interesting to note that the Penneys records are NOT part of the document dump?

Why is Tim Miller so ticked off with Leonard Padilla?   Tim is entitled to his opinion that Caylee Marie's remains are not in the body of water but ... what is the harm if another search effort  ... in the process of elimination .... checks it out.

I question Leondard Padilla's motivation in regards to his involvement in the Caylee Marie Case but ... as long as he is not compromising the TES search ... I cannot comprehend Tim Miller's attitude.

Hey ... it could be that Tim Miller is tired and exhausted from all the preparations involved in the recent search effort.  It was a hug understaking.

Maybe Tim has has been influenced by Mark NeJames ... his core TES cordination and ... the Anthonys.

Groups call off search for Caylee Anthony

Likewise, nothing turned up in Padilla's dive search at Jay Blanchard Park. Padilla said he remained convinced that Caylee's remains were in the nearby river.

"She's in that river," he said. "I'd rather think of her as in that river than in a garbage heap somewhere."

Tim Miller, founder of Texas EquuSearch, was aggravated at Padilla's search, calling it a media stunt.

"It's the Leonard Padilla show," he said. "Forget about Caylee Anthony."

Miller said Texas EquuSearch had already checked that area in a boat with scanning equipment.

"There's nothing there," he said.

More Investigative Documents Released in Casey Anthony Murder Case
Aired November 6, 2008 - 20:00:00   ET

GRACE: I understand that your client, Cindy Anthony, has been very opposed in the past to Tim Miller with Equusearch coming and searching for possible remains of Caylee. Why?

NEJAME: That`s not correct. Tim is here with me right now. Tim and Cindy had a meeting in my office today...

GRACE: Recently. I said in the past.

NEJAME: ... Now there`s a full and complete understanding, and there were tears and there were hugs and there was an understanding. And I think that -- in fact, I know George and Cindy fully support everybody`s assistance, especially Tim`s, so that we can get some answers. And what`s being set up is a ground search and a live search. So we`ve got all answers for all people.

Maybe because Tim thinks that LP is doing this for publicity.......some people planted false evidence......and that false evidence is not good for the good name of TIM
