Nieves said it is a crime to report a find that is not true. He also said there were no bones and nothing of "evidentuary" value. LE asked LP to take a poly and he agreed...will be set up in the next few days with FBI.
Said it is wasting the LE's assigned to the case, instead of them preparing for trial they were called out for something they cannot use.

This case could NOT get any crazier!

"Someone" plants evidence where LP's very publicized search is taking place.
Dennis  M & co. starts bs @ search site accusing LP of planting the evidence.
Just about the same time "someone" gives a tip about a "LIVE Caylee sighting".
Looks kinda like "someone" is really trying to yank LP's chain....JMO

Landfill .... Ocean .... Gators ... I just think they may know where she was put ... I haven't seen LE launch an "official search" since this case started ....

Hello monkies!  I have been gone because my 4 year old has been very ill and in/out of the ER with fever up to 105.  She is resting comfortably in my lap now and the worst is behind us, but boy did I miss a lot.  On a sad note as I sat up all night rocking my sick baby I couldn't keep the thought out of my mind that Caylee deserved that from someone in her life and it is unbearable that instead they harmed her.

Hope everything is ok faith1109 with the Little one...

I don't see how they could assess so quickly if the bones were signifigant.  How are there no bones if they commented on them in the previous statement?
Would the LE try to cover it up if they found Caylee until they could make an "official id"?

It does seem that LP coulda-shoulda-woulda called LE before calling the media.  In fact, he should not call the media until he is sure that something substantive is found, and the only way to verify that is to have LE take a look at it.  He is wasting their time as much as the Anthonys are if he keeps doing things like this.

On another note, how sad that some people still put precious pets in bags and drop them into rivers to drown just because they no longer want the responsibility.  There are shelters and adoption agengies for pets.  It is the height of cruelty to do such a thing.

That was exactly my point, why not involve LE asap if anything is found of evidetiary value because the defense will always try to show "chain of custody" when trying to keep out evidence, etc. The media should never be there waiting with baited breath for a "body" to be recovered. LE-FBI etc should be there first.JMO

If there is nothing to be worried about with these finds, then why is the Anthony's lawyer not just letting the "cowboy" hang himself by calling "wolf" too many times?  Why the urgent need now for a lie detector test if everything is "unrelated" to Caylee and Casey?  Why the need to pass the blame when there is no blame to pass?

Am I making sense here or have the vitamins taken over??

This case is ridiculous!!! I mean , seriously, why would LP plant something in the river, KNOWING that if of course would be tested by FBI?
 
I am so sick of this case, its literally draining everyone.  I mean I want Caylee to be found more than anything, but I have NEVER in my life seen so many twists and turns with one case.
 
I was trying to explain to someone the other day about this case, and couldn't even explain the whole thing, because there is so much involved.  It's like a soap opera!
One big charade after another!!!!

It might not have been LP that planted it.  Right now, I don't know if it was and who it was.  Hard to say right now.  IIRC Tim Miller/TES scanned this area and even remarked he knew where every tire was and I think even a wheel barrow down there.   The stuff could have been put in the water between the time after the scan and when it was found today.

Likewise, nothing turned up in Padilla's dive search at Jay Blanchard Park. Padilla said he remained convinced that Caylee's remains were in the nearby river.

"She's in that river," he said. "I'd rather think of her as in that river than in a garbage heap somewhere."

Tim Miller, founder of Texas EquuSearch, was aggravated at Padilla's search, calling it a media stunt.

"It's the Leonard Padilla show," he said. "Forget about Caylee Anthony."

Miller said Texas EquuSearch had already checked that area in a boat with scanning equipment.

"There's nothing there," he said.

I think they are trying to not let the public know exactly whats going on....I think there is much more going on then they are leading us to believe...JMO.

IIRC, Leonard did not call media, they were bright and early this am.  And, hopefully, if that was a pet, it was already dead before being cruelly tossed in lake.

Thank you!  She is on the road to recovery thanks to good antibiotics and an overprotective mommy who fought w/ the Dr. who thought I was being a "nervous new mom"!  I know when my baby is sick!  Sorry to go off topic.
