What I have thought over and over about KC and her knowing " where" Caylee is and all the People, (TES) Resources, Volunteers, Civil Servants and everyone else ... Who are Searching, Praying, Falling Apart in trying to find Caylee's body ...
Will there be a  Civil Suit against Casey * to Pay back Society.  Or could  the Anthony's *** If it comes out **that the Anthony's have hidden information or something of that nature** Can They be held accountable in a Civil Suit???

All of these People who are joining her Defense Team and all the Money involved ... I don't get it.

I am thinking he same way that Janet is. The shxt is going to stick to Tim because of his association with Nejame. And it's going to stick for a long time. Was there a reason for this love fest between Tim and Nejame ?  Tim also said TES was going to search for an alive Caylee.
Tim's TES was officially sanctioned by OCSD wasn't it ? They supplied him with information as to where they felt it best to search, so why does he have to sing Koom-Bye-Ah My Lord with the A's and Nejame.

I suspect what is regarded as a "Love fest" by some, is really a mutual respectful professional interaction.    I do not, and can not see where all the creditibility is coming from for LP?  I wouldn't trust that man to trim the bushes in my back yard. I do not believe he is in this just to find Caylee.  He has a personal agenda called publicity for him. JMO

Seems like a simple yes or no answer.

Red ... Leonard Padilla was only requested yesterday to take a polygraph and ... he agreed.  According to this article ... the FBI will follow up at a later day.  However ... when I read the following article ... I cannot comprehend why Padilla is being requested to take a lie detector tests

Think about it.  The Anthonys who have obviously obstructed the investigation time and time again by shielding their daughter from the consequences of her actions in regards to the happenings of June 16th ... were requested way back when to take a polygraph and ... never submitted.  When I read the following article ... What "official" action is the sheriff's office doing to locate Caylee Marie's remains.  It appears that Tim Miller and Leonard Padilla are the only ones making that effort ... an effort that is dependent on volunteers and donations.

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Divers searching for the remains of Caylee Anthony on Thursday said they discovered a garbage bag containing bones and toys in a river at an Orlando park, but Orange County authorities said the findings were not credible, causing them to request the bounty hunter who led the search to take a polygraph test.

A team from Blackwater Divers led by celebrity bounty hunter Leonard Padilla conducted the search in the Little Econ River at Blanchard Park in Orlando.

But Orange County sheriff's officials said the findings were not bones and the discovery was not connected to the case.

"Early on the afternoon of Nov. 13, 2008, divers associated with an independent search for Caylee Anthony reported the recovery of what they believed were bone fragments and other items related to the missing toddler from the Little Econ River on Jay Blanchard Park in east Orange County. Investigators assigned to the investigation into the disappearance of Caylee responded to the park and determined that the recovered items are not associated with the case.

The sheriff's office remains focused on the primary mission at hand, which is to locate Caylee Anthony and continues to follow up on all viable leads and tips that are deemed to be creditable in their ongoing investigation," the statement said.

Sheriff's officials said they have asked Padilla to take a polygraph test, to which the bounty hunter agreed. The FBI will conduct a polygraph test with Padilla at a later date, Orange County sheriff's Capt. Angelo Nieves said.

"There's a couple of small toys in the bag. One of them is a clover-type shaped item -- green -- and we know that Casey was big on clover-shaped items. So I told them to shut it down and get the sheriff's office out here," Padilla said.

FBI agents inspected the items, Local 6 News reported.

"We came out here to find Caylee, but you don't want to find her," Padilla said while crying. "But that's the truth of the matter. We think we have."

Padilla said he has believed for a while that Caylee's mother, Casey Anthony, left the girl's body at Blanchard Park.

"When the detectives talked to her, while she was trying to convince them (baby sitter) Zenaida (Gonzalez) took (Caylee) away at the Sawgrass Apartments, she also mentioned that she had also come out here to see -- that afternoon at 5 or 6 -- if possibly Zenaida was out here at the park because Zenaida used to bring the girl to the swings," Padilla said. "When we got into town and bailed her out, the day after she was out, she told me that Zenaida had taken (Caylee) away from her right here in front of the swings at Jay Blanchard Park."

Padilla said Casey Anthony mentioned the name Zenaida together with the park about eight times.

Caylee's grandmother, Cindy Anthony, said she was ignoring Padilla's efforts. She said if, and until, law enforcement officials comment on any finding, she was concentrating on finding Caylee alive.

Cindy Anthony said she received a tip earlier on Thursday of another possible Caylee sighting. She said a caller reported a sighting at a McDonald's in Coral Springs.

The search of the river was the second in four days. A two-man dive team organized by Padilla searched the same river on Monday but did not find anything. Padilla, who held a prayer vigil for Caylee at the park on Tuesday, had said that he would be leaving Orlando after the service.

"Nobody else is doing it. Everybody left town," said Padilla when asked why he decided to lead another search. "We're bringing up the remains. We feel confident that the remains are there."

"The water smells, there's alligators, there's snakes, there's zero visibility," a diver said.

Caylee, 3, was last seen in mid-June but was not reported missing until mid-July. Casey Anthony, 22, remains jailed on first-degree murder charges in her daughter's disappearance.

You know how I ask all of you to read between the lines of some times cryptic posts? I would do the same here. Trust me this is not a normal thing to request. Imagine them asking Tim Miller to take one. This should probably make us wonder why they feel the need to do this. Wonder if he will ever be subpoenaed as well in regards to this case when it goes to court?

It certainly is not normal for the LE to ask for this.

Well just thinking, there was a poll taken on SM and other sites and I think about 97% of us posters wanted LP to search.  It's easy for everyone now to nit pic about the way it was done or if he's legit.  He searched and it made some of us feel a little more hopeful, regardless of his personal agenda.  The frustration of this case has a tendency to transfer anger from one person to another and until or if Caylee is found it will continue most likely.   If by chance LP did find Caylee he would be everyone's hero, well, minus a few.  I think the biggest fear is that Casey will get away with this crime they will all be rich celebrities and Caylee will be lost forever.

I just don't think so.  LP seems to know why she needed immunity..   just an assumption on my part, but I think if it had anything to do with him turning over stuff for somebody to plant, we would have heard about it by now, or LP would have been in trouble.. or just maybe she would have been arrested for theft.

I've been gone for a couple of hours and this just occurred to me about an hour ago while I was thinking about the case while driving.  I wasn't thinking about it from the idea of LP planting stuff.  Not at all.  I was more thinking of it from a bounty hunter's point of view.  I think that he probably has all kinds of tricks up his sleeves and what better way to get some incriminating stuff than to have someone lift it.

I would just like to say that OCSD...has done alot with this case seeing as how they came in on a missing childs case 31 days after the fact..I remember they were considered heroes when we heard the way they called Casey on her lies in her statement at the beginning of this case, also when they showed up at the Anthony's and re-arrested Casey from the Anthony's home that night, they were all heroes once again, to everybody watching it live on national T.V.
  Then after the GJ trial, they followed and stayed right on top of Cindy and re-arrested Casey once again, and put her back behind bars where she is sitting right now.  What Im trying to say is just because they don't do what we think they should do, we have to realize that they are working hard to get everything ready for the upcoming trial, this is their specialty, they know what they are doing....they know what is allowed and whats not allowed....they know what can and cannot hurt this case.....they know who to trust and who not to trust......Just because they dont get up in front of the camera's everyday and say this and say that doesnt mean they arent working hard to make sure Casey spends the rest of her life in Jail.......JMOP....THE EMPTY WAGON MAKES THE MOST NOISE.................................

I agree.  They have done a phenomenol job imo, got her in lightening speed too!  Very much looking forward to the trial, am glad the skank didn't plea although feel bad for the expense to Orange County but it will be worth it in the end to send the message loud & clear that baby killer's & those that believe disappearing a person guarantees a high percentage of successfully getting away with it.  OCSO is serving their community well.

Klaas ... Tim affording Mark Nejame the position of "Core Team Leader" last week's search effort went beyond "working in a civil manner with the family".  This obvious conflict of interest had the ability to compromise the search efforts for the remains of Caylee Marie.

Think about it.  If Caylee Marie's remains are found ... Casey Anthony may get the death penalty.  Mark NeJame is representing those who have done everything possible to direct the search in the direction of a "live" Caylee Marie to avoid this from happening.

I have donated to TES and upheld in prayer both Tim Miller and the organization's search efforts for the past 3 1/2 years ... since following the Natalee Holloway case.

Tim Miller is a good man who has done a lot of good but ... good men are not above reproach.  The key position of "Core TES Team Leader" of the search efforts this past weekend should have gone to a person who was worthy of that position ... a person who supported the search's objective ... the objective of locating Caylee Marie remains.

When did LP say he recognized it and compared it to pic he saw at Anthony's?

My question kinda is would not have this occurred a while ago and a potential diver search could have been quietly done long before TES came back in full?

Don't know the time line although I want to say it was recently that the woman that LP had living in the house with the Anthonys recognized some of the craft material as the same as some in the house casey was using.

IIRC the last time Padilla was asked what the girl was saying and what she had told LE, his response was that he did not know because she was not talking to him.  She was hired by Rob, and she last had spoken to Rob briefly.

I also remember that LP said that he was in the house and they were trying to ask KC about where Caylee is and KC told him to get out of "her" house.  Being the bounty hunter he is, it would seem likely that that event would be a driving force or part of his driving force to find Caylee with or without the help of KC.

I don't think it's about credibility for LP at all (no idolization here)  I think it's about wanting to find Caylee.  If you consider personal agenda's what about the News Stations, the tabloids, the lawyers, the publishers, the family, the cinema, the fake charities, the internet, on and on.  Unfortunatly it's hard to distinguish opportunists from the caring and concerned.     JMO

Another question for Monkeys to ponder after today's events.

Why would Casey Anthony atty Baez bring in Dr Lee? Isn't Kobe from NG supposed to be his forensic consultant?

Dr. Lee certainly does not come cheap. Some one has deep pockets.

Possibly Kobe was not confident he could lie under oath, nor did he wish to jeopardize his career over a few peanuts?

No idea as to where the money would be coming from unless Cindy received an advance on her "book" deal.

Maybe Cindy or her PR attorney (remember that) knew they could get a better price for the book deal if Lee was on their case.
