I think that Casey is Ok too in her little Cell. She is in a controlled environment. She can't be anything but what she wants to re-create herself to be. I am sure she the model prisoner. Reading every law book she can get her hands on. Doing everything right and portraying yet another of her personality's.

I think she thinks she is going to come out of this some way some how in her Head ..Because she is just that. She is a chameleon and has been for 22 yrs.

She is driving this Bus for now, but Caylee is going to have the last word. I feel this.

Tim Miller is a wonderful hardworking man with a heart of gold, with flaws as do we all.  Both the Natalee & Caylee's searches have involved large numbers of LIARS that he has been terribly abused by, hindered by & downright sabotaged by.   In both cases he has put himself last in order to maintain communication & obtain the total amount of co-operation that he could muster from the criminal's protector's.  He has  compromised beyond what I see as humanly possible in order to pursue the ultimate goal of locating both girls. 

In the pursuit of locating disappeared persons Tim does not have to communicate with the protector's of the criminals.  These two cases are very different in that respect.  In Natalee case he had a wonderful supportive family of Natalee but was faced with the undire circumstances of a corrupt LE who was misdirecting him but who he had to maintain relations with.  In Caylee's case he is faced with a family of the victim who is totally uncooperative who again he has to maintain relations with in hopes that what he most likely perceives as denial is actually agenda, he can not reverse it, try as he has been. 

Both of these situations have put up great barriers that are not imo solveable by a mere human, Tim Miller does not want the victim's revictimized but there really is nothing that he can do about it, other than try his best & that can not be more complicated than these conditions.  He has tried to make the best of insurmountable circumstances in honor & out of love & respect for both of these girls.  He is an honorable man dealing with very dishonorable people, it is a no win situation for the girls, he has tried so hard to reverse that but I do not see him in the future being in position to complete his goal.

Island I can't answer your question about Mark Nejame
I do not know much about him other than I can tell he did not get where he is today by Being a Boyscout.
And the Anthony's did not hire him for being one either.

MOTIVE is Everything within all of this and He is the Right Guy for the Job.
He is everything of Baez and all the rest as far as I can see.

Its all so twisted and sick and wrong beyond words that its Sigh ... Nothing to do with Caylee at all.

Agreed! Also, I'm not from the Orlando area and only a recent transplant to Florida so I may be asking a really stupid question, but~what is the deal with NeJame???? Is he like a Mark Geragos or TACO, because Tamiksmom seems so overly concerned hat he was a "core" member or leader, I can't remember now what his title was, but besides representing the A's, does he have  really bad reputation?

My understanding is that Count Chocula is a successful, local high profile defense attorney so both Geragos & TACO fit the high profile bill.  Due to his being successful it is probably safe to say that he has the resources to front the costs waiting for his compensation to come later.  In addition, he is local so his tentacles of influence can have a negative effect upon the rights or protection of the victim, imo, making things more difficult for OCSO & the State's Attorneys Office.
