OT
I just saw a reply post from Barbie aka Zap (Scared Monkeys Member):

Quote
I just received a call from Tim Miller - he asked me to please post this here ASAP, Tim and Lisa have found Brandon.  Will post more news as it becomes available to post

This is in reference to Brandon Morales, 23 yo, who went missing in Bryan TX over the weekend after his SUV was found burning.  It looks like Tim Miller and TES have found another.

http://scaredmonkeys.net/index.php?topic=4140.new#new

Thanks Muffybee, glad he's been found!

YW texasmom, but I don't have any details beyond that he was found, yet.  Just that he was "found".

Good Morning Pita......Can you put your hands on the article you have posted a couple of times about Eric Williams? I think it was Florida, Diaz, mid 1990s.

I have the court filings and also an article when he was a DEA spokesperson in 2001.

Thanks in Advance.

I think this is the one you are looking for.....

Case law involving DEA agent Eric Williams....

snipped....

In 1993, federal and state law enforcement agencies began an operation in South Florida called "Hard Rock." The purpose of the operation was to alleviate inner city drug trafficking. While acting in an undercover capacity, Special Drug Enforcement Agency ("DEA") Agent Eric Williams ("Williams") met Diaz and two confidential informants ("CI #1") and ("CI #2"), at Bavarian Auto Parts in Miami to discuss the purchase of three ounces of crack cocaine. Agent Williams overheard Diaz tell CI #1 that the crack cocaine would arrive shortly. When Agent Williams asked CI #1 why Diaz had rushed them to the location when the cocaine was not ready, Diaz replied "What he [CI #1] is not telling you, man, is that I had it, I had it . . . since last week, and you all are late." (1SR1:19). Agent Williams then observed Quiles leaving the scene after speaking with Diaz. Diaz told Agent Williams that Quiles had gone to get the cocaine.......

Thanks Pita...came across a post that Hotshot made that he was a DEA spokepersonand have been following that...Would love to know more about him and Julia

Caps...do you know when Dr Carlos Viana and his Family arrived in Aruba from NY? I saw his business was Registered on May 30th 2005.

Mum,

FWIW. The dive business was registered in January of 1989. I think that matches with his bio...

Thanks vms...Better check the NY dates again!

Monkeys - Kyle said that he discovered the trap on the screen very early Christmas morning.  That's when Tim said  "it looks like a skull".  The contents of the trap were cleaned on January 7th.  Persistence continued to use side scan sonor to map the ocean floor well into February.  Now how could they justify all of those extra weeks of searching for a missing American woman if they had already found her in the beginning of January?  They also needed to get our focus off of Persistence and the ocean search.  Viola!  Caps enters the picture to tell us about Manserat Pond.  The picture of the cage was never supposed to be released and I'm sure that caused big trouble.  All of the evidence disappeared.  The fabric sent to Quantico wasn't Natalee's blouse.  There wasn't anything else in the cage - it was just a coconut or a piece of coral.  Back to the ocean search for Peristence so that they could continue with the grids and their non profit search.

SS,
did you know CIA is hiring. BINGO great work!

How would anyone know who a skull belonged to on January 7th?  Instant DNA testing?

Lots of bones seem to that wash up on the beaches of Aruba.  Is it possible that some of them do not belong to Natalee?

Why would you stop searching, with the meter running if you didn't know with certainty who or exactly what was recovered?  What if that skull didn't belong to Natalee?

Natalee has to be somewhere, arms, legs, drivers license...

Maybe that skull was one of the plaster or plastic ones they sell at places like Spencers, Hot Tops, and the local Halloween store?

Maybe the skull was engraved with Natalee's name?  The 'shoe' with Jorans?  Maybe someone thought it was funny?  Or, maybe someone cleaned up before January 7th?

How would anyone on Persistence ID a skull with somekind of DNA testing?

Mansur and Ochoa are the main suspects in this large-scale and international case of drug smuggling. Operation domino was among others the preparation and exportation of an unknown amount of drug transportation that was taking place since May of 2005

Also, if I remember at the time it wasn't Tim Miller asking for the donations it was John Silvetti's sister primarily over at BFN.  The request was brought over here.

That is correct, not Tim.

Mum, I asked Edward and he did not respond, but what is the significance of this?  And, what part does all this play in the disappearance of Natalee?  Does anyone have a clue?

OM demands 10 years imprisonment for Mansur

ORANJESTAD – In the Domino-case, the Public Prosecutor (OM) demanded last Monday 10 years imprisonment against Luis Mansur as head of a criminal organization that smuggled and dealt in cocaine on a large scale; 12 years unconditional imprisonment against ‘second man’ Mercado ‘Rafa’ Ochoa; 6 years against José Andres Cid; 5 years against R. Bello Martinez; and 4 years against M. Leito and Ochoa’s wife, R. Rasmijn.

Based on Mansur’s own statements, it became very clear for the OM that Mansur was leading the criminal organization, and apart from smuggling and dealing in drugs, Mansur is also found guilty of money laundering and extortion. The other members of the organization were addressing Mansur as ‘patron’ or simply ‘boss’, said the prosecutor in the courtroom during his closing speech yesterday.

In the tapped conversations in Ochoa’s car, you could hear them constantly talking about drug dealings. The OM calculated that during the entire investigation period, about 2645 kilo cocaine was dealt. Mansur was responsible for the import of 117 kilo cocaine for just Aruba, and he has arranged a 600-kilo cocaine transportation between Venezuela and the Dominican Republic. The OM has also found him guilty of attempted manslaughter, grievous bodily harm and threats, illegal possession of firearms (he admitted that), money laundering, and attempted extortion.

From Mansur’s statements, the OM observed that he had also acted as mediator in other drug conflicts. He and Ochoa had a set price arrangement system for the drugs to be sold. Mansur had his own minimum price and every penny above that was for Mercado Ochoa. Mansur was the one that financed everything and kept in contact with the people in Colombia.

Contrary to Mansur, Ochoa has always denied being involved in drug dealings. He kept saying that he runs a lumber business. However, the OM considered all the accusations proved, with the exception of one.

“Mr. Mercado Ochoa is up to his neck in drugs (…). I think that he is a well organized drug criminal that same as Mansur, does not shun for exerting pressure on innocent family members of customers”, said the prosecutor, who finally indicated that he is going to start a dispossession procedure to re-claim the money that Mansur, Ochoa and his wife, and Leito have made with drug dealing.

The Domino-case will resume this coming Monday with speeches of the defence lawyers.

Luis M. is the Boss... His new partner in May of 2005 was Ochoa.

Joran delivered what was requested.. As a loverboy and a pimp.
