Kermit - the cage was cleaned on January 7th.  Is it possible that Persistence divers cleaned the cage and then turned the contents over to ALE on the 7th?  The offical ALE dive was not on the 7th of January and by the time the official dive took place and was filmed, the cage was already empty.  Did JS just turn the evidence over to ALE on the 7th?

Jumping in here after reading to catch up.  I brought some previous posts over last night by Kermit that have always stuck in my mind.  The pictures of the crab trap with the skull circled, the tennis shoe, AND the mention of a knife.  (my observations, please bare with me)  I have always felt that the items in the trap were taken out of the trap at SOME point and I feel there was a switcheroo with the material sent to FBI for analysis.  This expedition was not secured.  We were sidetracked with the pond search.  Kermit told us not to get sidetracked and stay with the ocean search.  I cannot tell you why I believe Kermit but I do.  Now, I don't want to upset or make anyone mad but I have to tell you CAPS confuses the heck out of me.  Too much info and I can never get it connected. 

It seems like we are strung along again with the pond search.  What has come of it????  Nothing.  But the crab trap............. Tim said "that looks like a skull"......... because it was!!! MOO

But, he might have been off the ship working on it.  Before Tim went to Nicaragua, he had already checked Marcos out through the Embassy and he had spoken to Marcos.  Tim might have been doing all of this right there in the ALE offices.   He's so trusting.

I dont think jossy is part of the coverup. I just think he is just one man who is very carefull who he accuses. If he starts accusing Rudy Croes and the justice dept he is asking for some serious problems. I think jossy knows alot but has stopped short of throwing names around. I think of him as Uncle Jossy who wants the truth to come out but also wants this sick corrupt govt exposed.

If he can provide that video of dompig saying he has enough evidence to charge for rape and kidnapping then we have caught him in a huge lie. We have him on tape saying the direct opposite. We all know it happened and it is time the dutch investigators get justice for natalee and for the innocent people of aruba.

So jossy, you stated on dana’s show that you know the guy with the beard that was painting over evidence in the aruba-bay videos. Why the hell was he painting over evidence that day??

*******: I hear you on the Jossy but I got off that train long ago…Not to dishearten a fellow poster but please let me know if Jossy does provide that video…If he says he has it, let him provide it…who would he be accusing, nobody, but perps and proving Dompig a liar, and maybe even restore a little faith in the man’s word. If he can’t or doesn’t provide that proof, all that says to me is that he is way onboard with the cover-up and might be threatening to go public with info he possesses on someone who may be threatening him with the same. Here’s to hope though…we’ll always have that.

Well, the problem is, the Kalpoe Lawyers have the scientific evidence that the tape was manipulated and edited to show that they said "she did" instead of "no, she didn't" and "how simple it was" instead of "how simple it was that night" from the N.F.I. AND AN AMERICAN LAB IN CALIFORNIA.

The results were definite: the tapes were edited, not only for time lapse on the Drd. Phil show, but to change what the Kalpoe kid said!

Admittedly I am but a law abiding citizen of the USA BUT my major question is when faced with a majorly uncooperative entity as ALE & it's Central Governing body, at the point of the Persistence search when the cage was located WHY WAS NOT EVERY ITEM IN THAT CAGE AT LEAST ONE PIECE OF EVERY ITEM CONTAINED WITHIN NOT TAKEN BY A DIVER FROM THE PERSISTENCE SEARCH TEAM???????????????????????????????????????????????????????  This I will never understand, under the guise of team effort, that naievity is just not possible in grown men.  It can't be.

Can anybody clearly explain to an ignorant poster as myself?

This is what I remember, Kermit.  Persistence was allowed to search, but not allowed retrieve anything.  They had to notify ALE.

How many dives were there?
Who dived?
What did private eye reveal?
What did caps inadvertently reveal with the initials?


I HAVE to go.
