When I got up today, I began by catching up on reading the posts that had been made while I was away, and there was quite the fun argument about who was the sweetest monkey. So, of course I had to go made a sweet monkey for people to use when they think someone says something sweet.

does ANYONE here think that maybe if Casey is convicted of murder and sentenced to life that maybe, just MAYBE she will have it in her heart to tell where Caylee is?  Maybe she'll realize that the charade is over...and that this is "REAL"..and her daughter will be out there, in the elements, just rotting...no proper burial?

How much more can Baez take?  IMO - he will have Casey tell the truth before the Death Penalty is officialy ruled on ... (well hoping anyhow) We may soon hear of a plea deal in the works!

No, DP has not been ruled out. The original plea deal ran out in early October, I think. Another plea deal could be offered at any time. Not that I think one would, personally. But I have been wrong in predicting the future before. LOL

Going back to the night club love-in.. Maybe Nejame actually saw how genuine Tim is? Maybe he decided he couldn't represent a family who could spew so much venom towards a man who put everything on the line to go look for this little girl? Maybe


I think we should still find out about any truth to the rumors of Nejame possibly representing KFN or NLHF. Absolutely.  With the anger seen from Dennis Milstead he will probably be needing representation soon.  NLHF might be a little harder to ferret out.

Sadly, most in the public are clueless about who is doing what and what is really going on. The negative actions of some are only counterproductive and hurtful to the cause of those many good people who are doing so much to do something positive with this most sad and tragic situation.

9:12 PM ET - Reports emerge the defense is now playing the sympathy card, among other maneuvers, to talk the State out of seeking the death penalty against tot mom Casey Anthony. A 30 page argument breaks down why Casey Anthony should not get a lethal injection if convicted. The defense digs deep even pulling out baby photos of Casey Anthony. Among their arguments, Casey Anthony is too young, is troubled, and may be suffering from depression or some sort of mental defect. But in a bombshell, the defense alludes to the death of little Caylee, saying if that is what happened it was a tragic accident and the toddler girl may have died after an unwitting overdose of sedatives. Anthony's attorneys also admit she stole money, had a bunch of rocky relationships, and displayed risky behavior. The State has until November 24 to decide on the death penalty.
