I'm desperately trying to see this Nejames thing as a positive, but with the bizarre twists this whole case has taken so far, I'm afraid some other "knight in shining armor" will come forward and drink the koolaide and take his place.
Just when you think nobody else can fall for them, it appears someone else does. Just look at the donors for the jail acct.
Don't throw nanners at me. Not meaning to be negative, just expressing my thoughts.

No throwing nanners, but you are probably right.  I for one would love to see Cindy continue her interviews and let more lies slip out.  They are providing the rope that she will hang herself with.

Cindy will probably claim that they fired Nejames.  Same as with Garrison...he quit, he was fired.  And where is their new spokesperson, Michelle Bart?  Has anyone heard anything out of her??

I'm sure she'd like to...but, I have full confidence that Mark NeJame has already warned her about slandering him.  He'd have no compunction about hauling her ass into court and/or putting her dirty laundry on the street.  This is one time where I think she'll stay
quiet.

I NEVER have heard Nejame claim that he believed Caylee was alive. I only heard him ask for people to respect his client's rights to believe their granddaughter was alive. Even at the beginning, in his first press conference about taking the role, he never claimed to believe Caylee was alive. I think he really thought he could help the A's come to terms and get the public off of their backs and that was it. He was not willing to help them in the defense of KC by assisting in planting reasonable doubt. I believe that played a role as NOT being in any way related to her defense was one of his conditions in helping in the first place.
I think we both posted the same thing!  See my post above.

We could learn a lot from crayons...

some are sharp, some are pretty, some are dull, some have weird names, and all are different colors, but they all exist very nicely in the same box.

NeJame Quits As Anthonys' Attorney
Prominent Attorney Withdraws From Case

POSTED: 2:05 pm EST November 20, 2008
UPDATED: 2:09 pm EST November 20, 2008

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Prominent Orlando attorney Mark NeJame told WESH 2 News Thursday that he is withdrawing as attorney for George and Cindy Anthony, whose daughter is charged with murdering their granddaughter.

In an interview with WESH 2 News reporter Bob Kealing, NeJame said he was frustrated with the direction the Anthonys have taken, especially that they continue to content that Caylee Anthony is alive.

NeJame was at George Anthony’s side when Anthony was a key witness in the grand jury proceedings that led to an indictment of Casey Anthony on first-degree murder and other charges.

Casey Anthony is being held in Orange County Jail on no bond awaiting trial that is scheduled to start in January.

I am still curious how KC had 1400 of the 5000 to retain Baez.  Even though he (Casanova) has stated he has nothing to do with KC - I still believe she was involved with him somehow.  He did live at Sawgrass at one point.

Baez lived at the Sawgrass Apartments at one time?  Geez, was the Sawgrass like "Melrose Place?"

Sorry for the confusion -not Baez.  Casanova (DW) Society Ent.

Who is Casanova?  Was he one the Fusian regulars?

I was taken aback for a minute, I thought you were calling Baez, Casanova, hardly the word I would use for him. What an interesting picture of your grandson, beautiful baby.

It sure says it all, doesn't it? Almost sounds like part of the state's closing argument..

OMG right now on my local news WPBF with reporter Terri Parker
They are right on the Milsteads and  thier moneys prblems and shady dealings..plus they have noted they are in foreclosure and have disappeared.. did the Milsteads actually think that no one would look into them once they injected themselves into this case????

I hope that they remember that here in Florida it is against the law to flee and leave the state when you home is in foreclosure...I am sure thats the law everywhere though.  If they are "fleeing" and "disappearing" they would be fellons.
Thank God they have George  and Cindy to defend them

I didn't see that in the article. Was it in an actual newsclip? I heard that Nejame did not condone the adversarial position that the A's took with LE and the press either but I can't find that in the news release...

Just dropped my drawers - yep, still a guy.  Just got back from lunch and the 2nd page of the Chicago Suntimes had the following headline (true story):  "Anthony's plight is about the most tragic I've ever seen".  I said you gott be $hittin me.  Turns out the article was about a man supposedely falsely sentenced to life in prison for a murder that he didn't commit.

Real men do blog.

Be casual,

I with you man...just....stay away from my girl !

Welcome to the cage...

Hey Sea Monkey, who's you're main squeeze?

LOL..take your pick...I'm usually all alone in here...having grown up on a farm, I've witnessed what happens to a Ram in a flock of ewes..he's constantly trying to jump the stone wall and escape to the hills

I'm just kidding of course...and I mean Absolutely no disrespect to the ladies here. I've always found it easier to converse with girls than boys/women than men, as I value their way of thinking greatly.. perhaps that comes from my mum.. women see things differently than men and I find they are more open minded overall.. just don't cross them

I think I just heard those three magical words.  "You're right, dear!"

I dont think technically their home can be foreclosed on based on my research, not without a few other legal wranglings first.
Their assets are in a revocable trust, which they put it in without outstanding fraud and other judgements against them. Im guessing one or 10 or 40 of their debtors with liens needs to dissolve the trust and then force a sale. I dont think you can file bankruptcy with an alias?
