Isn't tomorrow when we will find out if the state attorneys office will be seeking the death penalty?

Alabamamom ... I doubt that the death penalty will be an option.  Without remains being located between now and tomorrow ... the state attorney's office has already implied that the scales of justice will not balance for Caylee Marie.

Lying rather than revealing the truth is definitely in the best interest of the suspect.

Prosecutors say they don’t know if they have enough evidence to seek the death penalty against Casey Anthony, who is accused of killing her daughter, Caylee, WESH 2 News learned on Thursday.

A spokesman at the Orange-Osceola State Attorney’s Office told WESH 2 News reporter Bob Kealing on Thursday that prosecutors have not taken the death penalty off the table, because the case is still developing and they hope to find Caylee’s body.

But Randy Means of the state attorney’s office said there are doubts they have enough aggravating factors to get the death penalty at this time.

Thursday, Casey's attorney said it's not in her best interest to tell what she knows about where Caylee is.

"It does her no good to show her cards to give the prosecution any advantage they have to put her away for life," Jose Baez said.

If you go to #4 in the little boxes at the bottom there are snippets of the FBI interview.
On 4 at 2:05 titled  FBI asks Cindy Anthony about Casey's mental health she says that Casey had talked about going to a counselor a few months before Caylee went missing.
She talks about catching Casey in a few lies and she herself went to counseling to deal with Cassey's lies. 

She also throws George under the bus by saying that George had lied to her for a few years about money and he tended to cover things up and she was seeing the same thing in Casey.

Why had Cindy not learned to let those who surround her take personal responsibility and accept the consequences for their own wrongdoing.

In other words ... stop obstructing ... stop shielding and ... just let go and ... let the investigation take its course.  Justice for Caylee Marie depends upon it.

Just thought I would pass on a thought to you all and let it be kicked around the cage.. It has to do with  DENIAL by George and Cindy
After Casey left on June 16th  they more or less had to face what had been going with money missing, debts not being paid  etc...  Then you have Cindy's post  in the 1st part of July... about losing Caylee

All they had to do is pick up the phone... call LE  and ask that a BOLO put out on her car.  Detain and escort back to the house.  THE car was still in Georges Name (I think) for that is who the towing company contacted.

I know years ago I contacted the police to see if that could be done  and the answer was YES...   I never had to do it... but came awfull close to doing it.

I just wonder why George with his LE background never thought of doing it.   esp.. after the gas can incident

Well I thought that was at the end,  but this is a long one.  The agents finally go out the door as cindy fills out the forms and it's still going.  I know this for sure is one that I didn't see on the other links.

Yes, why wouldn't they have done this. If they were so concerned for Caylee, they could have made more of an effort on her behalf. This never sat right with me, I'm not saying they didn't love Caylee, but they knew Casey was not a responsible person, why did they not do more?
