Good Day Monkeys!
Welcome to the New Monkeys!!
Cappuccino great first post!!
43 more days until justice for Caylee...

Hi Flamom.  Any news out of Fla that we don't know yet?
Not that I am aware of... the 43 days is the 5th of January, the day the trial is supposed to start...
I have seen a few stories on KFN and the Milsteads, same old
my local West Palm station had run a story on the Milsteads
http://www.wpbf.com/index.html

Isn't there something supposed to happen in December too ? Did the judge make a ruling on proceeding with the Forgery charges first ?

TIA

Anthony's pre-trial conference is set for Dec. 11 at 9 a.m. Trial has been set for Jan. 5 at 9:30 a.m.

I don't know what a pre-trial conference entails.
Brandi -- A pre-trial kind of sorts through how the trial is going to happen and can cover various topics like when witnesses will testify, what they can say (I am certain each side will file motions on what they can and cannot say or do), what evidence is admissible (motions will be filed to exclude evidence and the judge will rule on it), juror questionnaires and questions to ask the potential jurors.

From what I can tell from George's interviews Cindy knew Casey had the vehicle... so who Knows.
It's the only time, I can recall, that KC's car was home and she left in another vehicle.. but my memory is fuzzy so I thought I'd put it out there in case others can think of other times..at least ones we know about..

Casey was seen borrowing a shovel from a neighbor on June 18. Six days later, on June 24 Casey was seen moving something from the trunk of one car to another at her home.
I wonder who saw this transfer... we have her backing into the garage on the ?? and the gas can incident on the ?? and on what date ??

I'm pretty sure...I wonder if LE ever checked Cindy's vehicle...hmmm
When George first starts talking about the"Casey in Cindy's car chase",I could have sworn I heard him say that happened on the 24th,same day as the gas can stealing.Anyone else hear that?
Also,Cindy(or George)state that Casey had a car seat in her car for Caylee and Cindy also had a car seat in her truck for Caylee.Anyone remember seeing a car seat in Cindy's truck?Maybe Casey took the one out of Cindy's truck to replace the one in her car.

Happy End of the Weekend Monkeys.....

I have sat and listed to each part of these interviews 2 times so far.  The more I listen to Cindy, and yes I HAVE ACTUALLY LISTENED TO HER RAMBLE ON 2X per part....(I may need to be institutionalized here soon)...but the notes I have taken and then go back and listen to their on air interviews the contradictions just keep adding up....its unreal the misleading this woman and her side kick have done.

Also, the more I listen to these, the more I am inclined to think that Lee is involved up to his elbows in cover up.

************************************************************

You deserve a " Purple Heart". I listened to them once and half way thur I had pushed my chair back and was resting my left cheek on the desk in pure agony. It's hard to recall what she said. I am firmly convinced that every time the FBI agent put pen to paper he was writing "HELP".
If you survive please share your thoughts.

LOL!!! Help! Someone save me by poking out my eyes and bursting my ear drums!! I wonder if the agents were given medical leave after this!!! Someone's a hero in my eyes!

And they call waterboarding torture!  Listening to Cindy Anthony is torture!

I would love to know what the FBI guys said to each other after the interview with Cindy. I swear during one of the interviews she talked for ten minutes without taking a breath, and the worst part is nothing was making any sense.

My favorite part was after Cindy babbled for about 15 mins straight then threw in there something to the effect of ... "that's why I can see where theres motive here" and the FBI agent said ... "I still can't see any motive here" .....  LOL
That was funny, I really think she thought she was helping with the info she was spewing.

IIRC, Cindy said that when she went to Tony's to confront casey, she took Amy home.  Amy sat in the back passenger side because the car seat was on the driver's side.

I would not listen to Cindy's FBI tapes, but I did listen to the questionnaire tape and found some pretty funny stuff. Like when asked about Casey's use of porn...she did not ever see any and did not ever see any Playgirl magazines in Lee's room either!!!! And when asked about Casey's sexuality....she starts to say Hom and laughs and says Heterosexual. The thunder punctuation in the background was perfect.

Ahh,that's right, thanks Mammy.I guess I should have taken notes like Dolce did....I get lost in Cindy's and George's ramblings.
Does anyone know if the interview with Cindy's Mom was video or just audio/transcripts?I can't get her file to open.

I listened to these tapes until my ears bled. I think it was the other way around. The car seat behind the passenger seat and Amy behind Cindy......but then again, how could I hear through all the blood.

I may have that backwards.  She may have said that the car seat was on the passenger side.

Hi all, trying to catch up.  I am also listening to CA FBI tape number 5.  It sounds to me at one point that the agent is comparing Amy and Casey as being very similar in looks and height and Cindy quickly asking Amy's weight.  I thought that was strange and maybe telling ie the id or driver's license

Padilla Offered $200K To Allow Filming Of Search For Caylee
Monday, November 17, 2008 3:23:34 PM

ORLANDO -- News 13 has learned bounty hunter Leonard Padilla is considering an offer that would pour $200,000 into the search for Caylee Anthony.

Padilla told News 13 he has been contacted by a company that is willing to fund the search effort if Padilla is willing to give them exclusive rights to film the search effort.

The bounty hunter said he has not made a final decision on if he is willing to take the offer.

Padilla has returned to California, and will stay there for the next couple of weeks. He said he will return to Orlando and do a thorough search of the Little Econ River, where he still maintains he is "sure" Caylee's remains are in that water.
