I added the photo of Michelle Bart/Burque(?) from the video the other day. Personally, I am not so sure the plane photo is of her, but it has been discussed, so I thought I'd help out with the discussion.

Couple Of Questions on NE article

Can they make KC go to the grave? Surely her attorney would not allow this.

On the NE article, there's no way LE can take Casey to that gravesite (if one exists) because she has representation known as Jose Baez.  LE cannot talk to Casey unless they go through Baez first and I really doubt at this point he is going to allow it.  Personally, jmo, but if Casey knew what was good for her, she'd make a deal with prosecution.  Take them to Caylee in return no death sentence and maybe reduce the sentence with time served or something.  Although, I think prosecution said they can't go for the death penalty, but I certainly would have tried.

It's reported there were 35....I contend 20 of them are news reporters.

Dolce, I'm so glad you made it out of the tape twilight zone. You had mentioned in your first post about these tapes that you think Lee is up to his armpits in this. I haven't listened to the tapes yet, but what did you hear and why do you think that? 

I thought that the release of these tapes was interesting.  Given that both Ma and Pa Anthony are "spillin" their "guts" out in these interviews.  Why not release Lee's too?  That is mostly why I think he is up to his elbows.  Second reason why I think he is up to his elbows is after listening to both Cindy and Georges interviews, both of them contradicting themselves, each other, and now their media appearances, it makes me think that they have more to lose than what is being told..IMO both children Lee and Casey.

This is the deadline for going for the DP. (The State has until November 24 to decide on the death penalty.) We'll hear something today. It has not been ruled out yet.

About the NE article ...all I can say is consider the source. LOL NE has never been considered a legitimate news source IMO.

i was just talking with my son, who is 26, who lived in tampa until a few months ago.  he went to several clubs, etc. on the weekends.  i asked him if he had ever met a girl named casey anthony.     says the name is familiar, but he's not sure.  but he doesn't recognize her pic, thank God. 

he told me some verrrrrrry interesting stuff about the club scene in florida, especially in orlando.  he said that many clubs (which are not specifically strip bars) have nearly nude waitresses, and that Fusion in particular have that in addition to nearly nude dancers who 'put on shows'.  For example, at Fusion, he says, the girls often wear a thong and two stars.     Said it's very well known as a 'gay friendly' club.  Said that after the shows, very often the dancers would offer to dance with the guests.  And that one night he nearly had his pocket picked by one dancer who 'gave him a hug'.  That too bad for her he didn't have his money in his back pocket.   

Lordy I'm glad he's back in Nebraska.  Enough of the 'evil city women'.

Unless it is something the prosecution is holding onto for the trial?  Just like Annie's interview?  I bet they it's damning and I wonder if the prosecution is working on some sort of deal with Lee?

Yes I agree, but it is very telling to hear her spill it all, and she never says the same exact story the same way twice.  Also when she does try to revisit an already told story, she tends to stammer a bit.
