WOW..just WOW...I hope this doesn't lead to a mistrial later, I've never heard a prosecuter say that about a defense lawyer...perhaps, the mistrial is what JA is trying to avoid

This has been my fear for a very, very long time ... I am no longer "buying" this "inexperience" claim ... This is a MURDER trial ... I think he knows exactally what he is doing ... Someone may just fall for it and a mistrial may be declared on misrepresentation, appeals, re-trial will take forever  ... or a juror may feel sorry for her and create a hung jury ... 

I agree with you invision...although I can't see any other defense available to him except KC going off the deep end in court and the judge giving her a few years in a mental institution...she won't do that though...would make her look bad in front of the cameras and spoil her chances of becoming a movie star...

Larry Garrison, the former spokesperson for the Anthony family, wrote and is now trying to get Cindy Anthony in trouble with obstruction of justice charges for withholding Caylee’s hairbrush. According to Garrison, Cindy gave investigators Casey’s hairbrush.

This is over a matter of DNA. I don’t think Cindy Anthony or even George Anthony would withhold evidence intentionally. I think mistakes can be made & this appears to be of that.

Mammy, Cindy's been withholding evidence since day one. She washed the pants that were in the car. She lied and said the decomp smell was really pizza.  She tried to confuse law enforcement any way she could. And now we find out she deliberately didn't give them the right hairbrush? (Not that it matters that much-if the DNA matches Casey or Cindy, it's a match to Caylee.)

I'm glad he came forward.

Good morning Fuzzball -- don't forget the money she took from Casey's wallet the night this incident was first reported saying it was probably hers.  If you remember, her own son testified about that to the police.  In light of the hairbrush, my opinion is that  everything she has done is intentional.  IMO, she has negated herself in this case now.

And there's something that's been bothering me since the start. Anybody remember how Lee in his first interview says he was "you know, excited?" Excited? What the hell? Who feels "excited" when their niece is missing and their sister is being brought home by their angry Mom? Angry, nervous, scared, upset, maybe. But "excited?" You get "excited" about Christmas presents, a new job, a date.

What is Lee really telling us with this word?

ever know if they truly have some of Caylee's DNA for comparison? Like a control
sample to compare anything (remains) found to?

Actually she is, because Richard Grund insisted on a DNA test for paternity. She didn't match Jesse Grund. So they already had her DNA to compare the hair to. And the hair coming from Casey or Cindy still doesn't change the fact that it matches Caylee, and Caylee's the one who could actually have been decomposing for that band to be on the hair.
