FYI.. those channel 13 links have the name of the person who tried to have sex with Casey.. according to Jesse, anyway... it's exactly who you think it is.

Yes, it was posted a few pages back.  No surprise to me.   

As I explained, I'm catching up.  I thought I caught up on every post til now. (I actually read this info - that the names were not covered up/redacted on the channel 13 pdf's- on WS).  Oh well. 

  It's still ... well, I'm not sure what to think of it.  I don't think that Jesse would make something like that up, because it's just too disturbing. Would Casey make it up? Sure... why would she? That's another question.  If none of this is true, then she's a sick and evil person for accusing her dad and brother of sexual abuse.  She either has no idea what kind of damage that would do to them to be falsely accused, or she could care less. 

But why accuse someone that you are supposedly close to?  And didn't Lee call Casey "darling?"  That's creepy!

Gag Order Denied In Anthony Case

ORLANDO -- A judge has denied a controversial motion to put a gag order on Casey Anthony’s attorney Jose Baez.

On Tuesday, prosecutors argued in court for the gag order, which would prevent Anthony's attorney Jose Baez from speaking out about the case.  They said Baez's frequent statements to the media are tainting the possible jury pool when Anthony goes on trial next year for the murder of her 3-year-old Caylee Anthony.
   
However, Baez said prosecutors and investigators have done that by leaking information over the last several months.
   
The state's motion also included a gag order on Casey's parents George and Cindy Anthony.  However, the judge told them in court any order he issued would not apply to them.
   
Prosecutors also released a total of 700 new pages of documents in the case against Casey Anthony.

The documents released by the State Attorneys Office showed someone using the Anthony's home computer used Google to search for the phrases "neck breaking," "how to make chloroform" and "household weapons."
   
Other searches on the computer were for the words acetone and alcohol.

The documents also revealed that on July 2 or July 3, Casey got a tattoo on her shoulder blade that read "Bella Vita," which means “Beautiful Life” in Italian.

You'd think that it would sure make one ask some questions.   

I think Annie's interviews explains it all.  We have yet to see those.  What many surmise is exactly the case.  It explains everything and Baez is probably right.  It does explain everything.  He stopped her from coming clean I have seen written and that is probably why.  He works for the defense of Casey.  Not Lee.  Not Cindy.  Not George.  He is working hard to free his client and when we hear the truth.  The truth will set this case free, but Casey will do time.

Cindy claimed her attorney Paul Kelly helped them draw up paperwork for custody of Caylee. But then the Det. notes that he contacted Paul Kelly and he indicated that no such paperwork was done and he had no information on "Eric".

Cindy was lying from the very beginning. Didn't she think they would check this out?

Either she's falsely accusing, or it happened...  or Jesse made it all up. Those are the only 3 options I can see here.  Why she would falsely accuse George, well... apparently she wasn't ever close with him, and told Lee she needed to be drunk to be around the guy.  As for Lee, they seem close.. so it doesn't make sense she would falsely accuse him of such a thing.  However, some people do this to get attention. Unfortunately, I have seen this happen in my own family.
