As for the car/pants washing incident. George tells the FBI he knows the smell of decomp . He knows it doesent smell like garbage. His urge was to just leave the car at the tow yard. But when he doesent find any body in the trunk he is relieved.
Why didnt he call police right then and there ? Why does he take the car home?  Leave for work and the let Cindy wash and tamper with evidence? I wonder if at any point George told Cindy the car smelled like decomp.

Just a thought after reading this maybe after they got the car home and upon a more thorough inspection found caylee in the spare tire compartment and thats when GA disposed of caylee left CA to clean up evidence using the chloroform and why he wasnt present during the time period while all the cops were there questioning everyone what a perfect time to dispose of body thats why dogs hit there and why casey can say she truly doesnt know where caylee is  and iirc george is the one that got physically ill during the interview thinking of everything

jmo
Very good observation and possible.  Why would Cindy clean the care with chloroform though?  I also thought that Lee said when he arrived home that George was sitting with Cindy on the couch, he dumped the items within the bag recovered of Casey's from Tony's onto the table, which is when Cindy snuck the cash into her pocket telling George "This could be Amy's!"

And she never gave that cash to Amy, did she?

Lisa

Jrzgrl....very interesting theory....I could get behind that...In GA's interview he stated that CinCin insisted that he go to work that afternoon...but somewhere along the line he phoned Lee and told him to get to the house to check on CinCin...Lee was there when Cindy pulled into the driveway with Casey...do we know exactly where George was from the time he retrieved the car until he pulled into the driveway after 10 PM????  IMO the Ants had their "collective story" down very quickly after LE arrived.  Hence, KC's statement to mumzy..."what do you mean you don't know what my involvement is?"

If a gag order is issued, Baez will have a difficult time keeping George and Cindy quiet, IMO.
I do not see how they would be his problem given that he represents Casey and not George or Cindy or Lee.  They would have to govern themselves accordingly or face the consequences of their own actions...something I think an Anthony has never done thus far.

George always stated that he was at work until roughly 9:30pm, now if he proved that by showing a timeclock punch or witnesses I do not know as it has not been released as far as I know..but would like to know where the heck he was none-the-less.

The last comment you quoted, bolded above, I always took that to mean something different, more along the lines of "I told you I gave her to Zanny are you doubting me now?"  As in..so now you do not believe my story about the "nanny" taking Caylee.

Does anyone else think its funny that Baez is arguing that what people are saying is not going to affect his clients right to a fair trial?   How could he later then say that the information out there before the trial prejudiced the jury pool?   You would think he would be grateful for a gag order because it also includes LE.

Slowly but surely I am getting thru the FBI tapes

One thing I am confused about, Georgie said that KC's ID was in the purse KC left in the car.  If that is the case how was KC getting into these bars, clubs AND buying beer at Target?  I realize she was a regular at Fusion so they wouldnt card her, but anywhere else???  And if she was planning to fly to California she would need her ID to board.

Did she have a fake in someone elses name???

There is no confirmation of a fake ID.  When LE went to the A's house after the 911 calls, Cindy took something from, IIRC, KC's purse.  It may have been a fake ID.

I am a bit behind, but I believe Cindy took money out of Casey's wallet, and LE took a card of some sort out.

That's true, and I don't think we've heard from LE yet as to what that card was.  Some have thought it was an ID, others have thought it might have been a key card for an apt or other type of building/door.

It might make sense in a "backwards sort of way".... but that's about it.

I think that is the purpose of the Prosecution asking for a gag order.

I honestly think that Cindy and George were not filled in on the details of what happened to Caylee by Casey, but rather by Lee.  Lee was Casey's "bumper" to Cindy and George...she told Lee first about being preggo, George even states that Casey told Lee things in secret she would never share with him or Cindy.  IMO She told Lee when he was in her room with her while Cindy was screaming and calling the police.  That is the exact moment that Lee went into cover up mode and inserted himself into an investigation where he had no business doing so.
Why in the world did he go to Tony's and get her things?
Why not send an officer...how did he know that Tony was not dangerous and could have been the "kidnapper" of Caylee?
We all know that Lee can not even bend a poster board, how is he going to take on Tony, a guy who he has no idea of his size or strength?
Why was the first question out of Lee's mouth NOT have you seen Caylee or do you know where she is or who has her?
Why did Lee automatically just go to Tony's why not to the supposed apartment of the nanny where Caylee was "last seen"??

LOL  You are point on there CanadaGirl!  Thus adding to the arguement that Casey can come back and say she did not have fair representation.

I agree regarding Lee.  I don't think Casey told George anything.  I do think George knows a lot more than he is saying.
