I'm wondering if this latest public reveal by Garrison will have any effect on the Judges gag order ruling ...

If LG isn't a witness, it wouldn't have any affect on him.

While everyone else is enjoying their Thanksgiving Holiday with friends and family, I will be doing that too, but I will also be mourning four little girls.  Jon Benet went to sleep on Christmas Eve and never woke up.  Madeline went to sleep in a hotel and disappeared , never to be seen again.  Natalee went to Aruba to have fun with her friends, she made a bad decision and went off with the wrong guy and never returned.  Caylee, maybe the most tragic of all, or at least freshest in our minds.  Caylee had the misfortune of being born in the wrong family.  Maybe they were the right family in the beginning, but something went terribly wrong.  I will be thinking about all these beautiful little girls and praying that more than anything, they didn't suffer one second.

I was talking about personal opinion ... I am assuming he will take the night and research "the legalities" of the ruling ... Also with that goes the judges personal interpretations as well .. I was just wondering if this latest public revelation will make him lean toward one side vs the other ... Funny how it was released immediately following the hearing today ...

Cindy wasn't on meds when this first started. She wasn't medicated when she washed the pants, when she gave the wrong hairbrush deliberately and whatever else she has done. If she confessed this little tidbit to Garrison of all people, what else has she said?

Nope, wont be an excuse - not to mention they are talking about the first days that resulted in Casey's initial arrest, doubtful she was already put on meds those first few days to the point of her zombie like posture she is now showing the past week.   That's all designed for sympathy too...no kidding the wiser with that

You have a wonderful Thanksgiving, I too will be thinking of these four girls, who were not given the opportunity to live a long life filled with many memories. I pray they didn't suffer one second also.

Also compare Cindy's posturing and tone in her press conference before the motion hearing today & then look how fidgety and animated she was to the point where she just couldnt resist wanting to speak out in court.   The whole time in court today the Anthonys were shaking their heads & putting on their disdain faces, total posturing.
