Cindy should not have ticked off so many people.  I have a feeling that more people are going to speak up..look at Rev Grund on NG last night, he was pi$$ed.. then Baez and Kidfinders not letting WFTV CH9 the at press conf and the vigils. This thing is going to get uglier!

Golden Retriever -------- Whoever was asking about them..I can't remember who it was, I've been sick for a few days now..  I've had 2 in my lifetime and they are the most gentle loving dogs.  They also make a good footwarmer!  My latest golden is 11 years old and has problems walking.. I look at her and get so sad cuz I don't know how long she will be around. They are special...

A judge is expected to rule tomorrow on whether to issue a gag order in the Casey Anthony case.

Circuit Court Judge Stan Strickland heard arguments from prosecutors and defense attorneys regarding state's request to prohibit the main players in the case from public discussing the prosecution. That would include prosecutors, Casey's attorney Jose Baez and Casey's parents, George and Cindy Anthony.

Anthony, 22, was not in court. Her parents attending the hearing and said afterwards that they should keep their right to continue talking about the case.

Attorneys addressed other motions -- including ones regarding evidence, Baez's request for information on the cadaver dogs used by law-enforcement, and tips the Orange County Sheriff's Office has received regarding sightings of Anthony's daughter Caylee Marie.

Jonathan Kasen, an attorney from South Florida, is co-counsel with Baez.

At one point, Strickland issued strong words for the prosecutors and Baez who appeared to be bickering with each other.

"This is just getting silly," he said. "Let's behave like we ought to."

After arguing for nearly two hours, on the variety of motions, prosecutors made one last attempt regarding the gag order. A prosecutor asked Strickland to issue a temporary gag order until he rules on the motion Wednesday.

Strickland shot that down.

Judge Hears Arguments For Anthony Gag Order

Judge Stan Strickland said he would rule on the gag order on Wednesday. Casey Anthony was not in court, but her parents were.

The hearing came on the same day Cindy and George Anthony held a news conference, in which they repeated their assertion that Caylee Marie Anthony is alive. Caylee’s mother, Casey, is in Orange County Jail, charged with killing Caylee, who was reported missing in July and has not been found.

The hour-long news conference opened with a long statement from Michelle Bart, who is the family’s new spokeswoman. She criticized people who say Caylee is dead, and investigators who said they are no longer actively searching.

“I would be checking out every lead known to man…because this child has asked for this help, this child deserves this help,” Bart said during her impassioned talk.

Their investigator, Dominic Casey, talked about a recent photograph showing a girl at a Florida mall. The family said the girl looked like Caylee.

“All of the tips we have received, almost all, have been from out of state,” Cindy Anthony said.

She said without an active search from the Orange County Sheriff’s Office, it is harder to check into these tips that Caylee is alive.

The OCSO said last week it was not searching for Caylee.

“Caylee Marie has rights…she should have the right for everybody to look for her,” Cindy Anthony said.

Anthony said even if it is a year from now, she would want to search for Caylee, if she has not been found.

The hearing on the gag order and several other motions began at 2 p.m. in the Orange County Courthouse.

Prosecutors want to restrict what attorneys and Anthony family representatives can say about the case in public, which they argue could make it harder to find an impartial jury. The defense and an attorney for several media outlets argued against the order.

Baez Talks With WESH 2 About Case

On Monday, attorney Jose Baez, in his first extensive interview in several weeks, said he plans to fight a gag order in the Casey Anthony case when he goes to court on Tuesday.

Baez, in an interview with WESH 2 reporter Bob Kealing, also criticized the Orange County Sheriff’s Office for saying it was not searching for Caylee, who was reported missing in July.

“I don’t think you should gamble with the life of a child on strategies,” he said. “The fact is they haven’t found her. They don’t know where she is. They don’t know what happened to her, so they should constantly be looking for her.”

Baez has not talked extensively with the media since Casey Anthony was indicted last month.

During the interview at his Osceola County office, Baez also criticized law enforcement for leaking information about the case. And he said Casey Anthony will not be in court on Tuesday.
