I have a couple of 6/7 year old girls to buy for and their parents have already bought all the easy things!  I was researching digital cameras for kids and came across a Vtech one that parents gave very good reviews.  I bought two on amazon.com for $39.99 each and Target is selling them for $69.95!  Just ordered this morning so they should still be in stock!  The camera also has games built into it and other cool things.  Comes in pink or blue.
