I teach dance in a gifted & talented program, and the last girl who recieved that particular "gift" from her parents was an extremely talented ballerina.  She was about 5'7 and 120 lbs and when she told me she was going to do it, I really tried to dissuade her.  She was already contracted by a prestigious ballet company in NYC and I told her they would not like the enhancement.  Had a meeting with the parents and everything. They didn't want to hear it, and long story short she lost the contract.
 
Don't understand the draw of the fakes.  Been an A cup all my life and I can wear anything I want as opposed to my sister who is almost a D and has problems finding shirts and dresses that fit....not to mention the pain of recovery and the risks....

OK~since we are a bit O/T I'll fess up. I bought my "girls" 15 yrs ago.......everyone tried to talk me out of it saying that on my frame an A was perfect. I couldn't be disuaded and went for the c/d's. I was shocked that my clothes actaully fit BETTER??? WTF, how many people are 105 lbs with big ta-ta's........no one, so who are these clothes really made for, a non-existent figure. Also, everyone that tried to talk me out of it agreed they fit me fine, and I've sent that DR at least 7 patients. H@ll, he owes me money from all the biz he rec'd from me. I just never tried to hide the fact that they were bought and paid for, and the DR certainly gained from that.

And to that I say WORK IT GIRL....it's a personal choice and the right one for many people....but I don't think it's a choice that a 17 or 18 year old is ready to make....

Also, I will assume that you are not a professional ballerina....the sad part about that girl was that it ruined her future and her dream

And the "shot girl" looks freakish with them....were Casey's fake?

Just wondering, cause it's been a few days, since those were released, right? I am reading, but still haven't seen any response from the A's. Which is surprising.

No, they have been very quiet, no comments that I have seen. I guess at tonights vigil Cindy and George looked awful.

ITA~any teenager should wait in my opinion and the parents that buy them for their kids are nutty-I was 26yrs old and had given mother nature every chance to prove me wrong (still an A when pregnant ). I don't think Casey's are fake from looking at her swimsuit pic's, I think she makes good use of the WonderBra IMO.

There is a lady that went to the vigil, she is posting on WS. Someone asked her if Lee was there, she wasn't sure, but there was a guy with a baseball hat on. Who wears a baseball hat to church, so I figured it must have been Lee. She also said Michelle Bart spoke, and she wasn't impressed with her. Overall it wasn't an impressive vigil.

FYI - I went to Murt's site earlier today for about 5 minutes and he was on answering questions about his engagement.  He said that he had asked Sherri to marry him back in the summer and they had set the wedding date on her father's birthday (didn't say the date), but that Sherri's father (76) died before his birthday.  Needless to say, they postponed the wedding date.  Murt "re-asked" Sherri to marry him this week.  Sherri has two children (13 and 15, I think, don't know if they are boys or girls or both).
