Even having the pic confirmed to be KC, I still can't connect it to this trial. Many individuals in the p**n industry have children. I don't see how that can be connected to the death of a child.. the reason seems to be elswhere... proof that she's done p**n pic's..isn't proof that she killed Caylee...I'm really lost on that...seems like just some tabloid news

Please don't flame me...I do think she's guilty and should be locked up for life, I just see Baez getting the pic's thrown out as a non-issue

I don't think it is a non-issue. Other people in the porn business probably can account for who is watching their children when they are working. If this is true where was Caylee and who was watching her???

I guess what I'm thinking is that CA use to watch Caylee all the time...if the time stamp on these p**n pic's coincides with the time frame that CA was watching Caylee..then I only see this as a smear to her character (which is calling a spade black) and if established before trial, with get the pic's thrown out as evidence....does that make sense at all???

I know there are two if's there, but if's need to be investigated

Yes but he says its either human or animal decomposition.  I don't think they can say it's pizza because the pizza box was empty.

Don't worry Little Monken.  BooMonkey is afraid of me because I pointed out that a shovel can be used as a weapon much like a machete.  I will protect you.

But it's true about the shovel.  Think about it.  And I have actually seen my grandfather sharpening a shovel much as one sharpens a knife.

And the possibilities for other household items to be used as weapons is just about endless.  Just think of what can be done with the chemical contents under the average kitchen sink.

thank you!!!  I was reading NG transcripts...Cindy didn't give them Caylee's hairbrush?  And this info was released by Garrison!! I hope they charge her for obstruction. I glanced at something and then lost it about Casey saying Lee abused her???  Anything on this or was it a rumor? And Koby still hasn't examined the hair found in the trunk? And he thinks the defense will get more time and the trial will be delayed...hells bells what has he been doing if not examining the evidence???

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- A member of Casey Anthony's defense team says he predicts that her trial will be delayed. Doctor Lawrence Kobilinsky talked about a possible delay Monday night on CNN's Nancy Grace show.

Casey's murder trial is scheduled for January 5, but Kobilinsky said the defense team may need more than a month extra. Defense experts haven't even had a chance to look at the key evidence.

They haven't? Well, gee, what were they doing all through November? Maybe they need to prioritize, and focus less on spin and more on the case. Just saying.

So Kobilinsky acually said the d-word last night?  Of course it was decomposition since there was NO PIZZA in the trunk!  And Baez knows the proper channels to go through to get evidence!  He is either stupid and lazy, or this is part of his plan.  Now onto Cindy Anthony.  I still call B.S. on someone hacking her computer.  How convenient that someone "hacks" into her computer after Krause posts her e-mails.
