I was just reading part two of the Daily BS article, and Krause wrote that he though Casey's phone was cloaked. Could someone please explain what that means?

and long overdue IMO...last I checked, lying to FBI and LE was considered obstruction.. my arss would have landed there if I had done that...and LE knew pretty fast that they were lying according to these doc's
Well also George having a gun "iinside the house" was against her bond and they didn't do anything on that. We all thought and the media that it was retrieved from his car but....docs have the info it was inside.[/color]

IMO the garage might be considered "inside" the house..mine's detached but theirs is actually part of the main house with a connecting door? I don't know if GA directly lied to LE about it or tried to deny it..I think if he had...more might have been made of the gun..
I can see what you are saying which still...their garage is part of their house and no matter even if it was in car, etc it was under the same roof as where Casey was on bond. I can understand if they are easing some things on this case because I am sure they are hoping someone will break their silence. I am sure Casey was more valuable to them in home confinement.

I have heard of cloaking devices for cell phones.  Maybe that's what he means?  Casey's home confinement was a waste, a huge waste!  Mommy and Daddy letting her use the internet.   I knew right then and there something wasn't right with the A's.

That's when he started talking about Casey having three phones, and her phone cloaked. He thinks someone else went back to the water treatment area, and did some clean up, and had Casey's phone when doing this.
