I don't think so either. Jose Baez said something a week or so ago about asking for a delay or something. Wish I could be more specific. But I seriously doubt it will begin on its scheduled date of Jan. 5.

Only thing I can think of is that Casey was over at Tony's, the smell in the car was getting worse, so she tossed their garbage in the car, hoping that it would appear to be the reason for the smell.

Just out of curiosity .. does anyone know if Casey has computer access from jail during her 1 hr a day out of her cell?  If so, could she have sent Cindy's mysterious emails to the media?

Also ... why hasn't Dominic Casey gotten together w/Casey and had a composite sketch of ZG drawn up ... LE deemed it not necessary ... but why didn't the PI put one out ... at least on his website ... (for "tips" and all .. you know)

I live in an apartment and I see a lot of people put trash in their trunks to haul to the dumpster. Casey was always cleaning the apartment. Maybe she was stupid and forgot the trash. HaHa Casey stupid and trash in one sentence. Get it?

Or maybe Casey was going through the trash to get background/credit card/banking info to empty out the next account??

Interesting thought, that could also be how she came up with Zannys name and information.

Internet access is usually not allowed in jails. Some jails do have programs where inmates are allowed to work for certain companies where internet access is necessary for their jobs.  I doubt that Jose will have internet access when he is allowed to take his computer.  Cell phones are also not allowed in jails.  Basically prisoners are not allowed unrestricted contact with the outside world. 

Good question about PI and a AG sketch.  My guess is that it is not showing up anywhere for fear there will be another lawsuit.

If the defense motions the court to delay the January 5th trial of Casey Anthony ... the January 5th trial of Casey Anthony will be delay.  Judge Strickland bow to Jose Baez every time.

I just hope that Judge Strickland is not the presiding judge at the trial of Casey Anthony.  Justice for Caylee Mariee will never prevail.

Considering there are no FBI forensic experts from the Oak Ridge Laboratory on the released witness list ... could the following defence attorney be speaking the truth when she claims the forensic report will never be presented to a jury for consideration?

Attorney: Evidence Weak At Best

A veteran defense attorney on Monday said the evidence in the case is weak at best.

Attorney Diana Tennis said she is not sure the state's case against Anthony is solid.

"There's a big difference between interesting science evidence and evidence that actually gets to a jury," Tennis said.

Authorities on Friday released a report from a Tennessee lab that found five compounds consistent with body decomposition. Tests found evidence of decomposition on a hair strand found in the trunk, described as "microscopically similar" to one found on Caylee's hair brush.

"This whole talk about the 'body farm' and these interesting tests that this one organization is doing is very, very fascinating. It may be good information, but it's also possible that the jury is never going to hear about it," Tennis said.

Tennis cited the example of lie-detector tests, which law enforcement agencies consider credible but courts do not.

"No matter how good the science may be, that doesn't mean the judge is going to let the jury hear about it if it's not completely trustworthy," Tennis said.

Witness List Released

The state's witness list in the first-degree murder case of Casey Anthony was released on Tuesday ...

Local 6 News reported that some names not appearing on the potential witness list came as a surprise.

Numerous Orange County sheriff's investigators are on the list, but no one from the University of Tennessee "body farm," the Oak Ridge National Laboratory or the FBI -- all of whom analyzed key evidence from Casey Anthony's car and concluded that a dead body had been in the trunk -- were listed.
