OK the lady from the plane is bothering me. If she sells dogs and they have papers then they should be registered with ??????? does anyone know the name of the group that would keep these records. I want to see if I can find them and call them to see if these records are public and are on the net to take a look see.

So the only registry in the USA that stands behind it's papers scientifically with DNA is AKC. The registry with the best reputation in the USA is AKC. The registry that offers the most for the pet owner, breeder, show dog, obedience dog, tracking dog, flyball dog, etc. etc. etc. is AKC. And it has been that way for years.

I find it so interesting that the family seems to be having no contact with Casey and have to believe that Baez and her other attorneys want it that way.  Perhaps they fear a frightened and vulnerable Casey will blurt out something during visitation with family.  But I also wonder if he is planning to mount an "abuse excuse" defense in which one or all three of the closest relatives -- George, Cindy and Lee -- are accused of abuse.  Casey apparently told Tony and Nate that she had been abused by her father and brother.  If that is true, she probably told Baez the same thing, and since he has so little to use in the way of a defense, he would probably jump at the chance to paint her as an abuse victim.  He said that once we know all the facts, we will "understand" why Casey behaved as she did.  Most people could never understand a mother failing to report a child as missing, acting as if nothing had happened, not looking for her child and even partying after the child disappears.  But people often can understand and even sympathize with a woman who has been abused as a child or young person.  With so much out there to turn people against Casey from her own odd behavior to her promiscuity to her possible connections to porn and all the lying, what else does Baez have but the abuse excuse?  It might not get her acquitted, but it may save her from the death penalty or life without parole.  On the other hand, wouldn't he have to put her on the stand if he goes that route?  And why do the Anthonys fail to comment on those rumors, accusations and statements in the documents?  It seems they would want to strongly deny any type of abuse from family, but so far, they have been mum on that question.

It would really be fitting, in a way, if after all the stonewalling and doublespeak done by George and Cindy and Lee, Casey uses them to try to get herself off the hook.  It could happen.  There is no honor among thieves.  The Menendez boys killed their parents, used Mom and Pop's credit cars and cash to buy all sorts of trinkets, and then got arrested for murder.  Their lawyer came up with an abuse excuse that the jury did not buy.  But she sure tried to paint the dead parents as monsters, especially the father.  It didn't work, but she gave it her best shot.  Baez and company could be planning the same thing.  Casey and George did not get along well, we know that, and she told people that he cheated on Cindy, which he denies.  Casey and Cindy seem to have fought a lot over Caylee and had some kind of competition going to be tops in Caylee's life.  Cindy admitted there was resentment between them.  And apparently Casey and Lee had some issues too, after she became pregnant.  It would not surprise me if Casey decided to toss one of her family or all of them under the bus in order to help her own cause.
