Just a thought in regards to why little dogs might not be registered...
I think some people are unaware that it is the law
and
I think some people think that because their dogs are little and don't run away or spend much time outside, that they really don't need to be registered...

just my opinion, though

You are very right.  Sometimes people can fly right under the radar, but most vets in my county I know will not treat the animal without a source or registration or license...you have to have something on the animal, otherwise you pay out the whazzoo for treatments they may have already had which could be potentially dangerous for the animal. 
If you do have a vet that takes in all animals regardless, like our Emergency Pet Clinic does down here, they get audited by the county frequently and you get hounded with fines for non-registered or expired registration.  (That is from watching my SIL's experience with them as well as a close friends.)  That is for all animals..bunnies, chicks, dogs, cats, ferrets, birds...etc.

While I am uncertain as to who you are refering to I did find it funny that she tells on herself..she is lying to LE, steeling from her best friends and family, and cheating her own parents.  Some truth in every lie!

Cindy says in response to Casey's "Yuri thinks I have done something" Cindy's response is "Well he thinks you GUYS have done something to Caylee"

Since Cindy knows she's being taped it appears she leading Casey to throw people under the bus or something.

When Cindy keeps asking Casey if "the family is safe?" I just wanna shake her.
Does  she think that Casey is the Godfather or something?  What in hooty hell can Cindy be scared of, for reals? How can she believe for even a second that Casey can communicate telepathically or otherwise with these kidnappers from jail???

I think that when Cindy asks those silly pointed questions about NC, Charlotte, Casey knows that Cindy is hamming it up for the camera and wants Casey to ham it up with her, but when Casey says "No, mom we're being filmed".  That is Casey's way of saying , "Shut up, mom, they know we're aware that we're being taped"

this is the feeling i get.  i bet casey as well as her parents are just about terrified of these awkward visitations, they seem really fake and creepy!

I am home sick today. Slightly swollen glands. UGH, there is something going 'round my work, so I took yesterday & today as sick days. Hardly ever stay home, but sometimes, the little engine that could, can't.
This crapola of Cindy's isn't flying with the public. In fact it enrages the public. It isn't going to fly with a jury either. They might ask the judge if they can give the lethal injection to the entire Azzhole family. LOL
Baez better get a plan.

My favorite movie, and I never thought of this before but Scarlett was most likely a sociopath, lol............I just considered her spoiled and determined until now!!!
