I find it so interesting that the family seems to be having no contact with Casey and have to believe that Baez and her other attorneys want it that way.  Perhaps they fear a frightened and vulnerable Casey will blurt out something during visitation with family.  But I also wonder if he is planning to mount an "abuse excuse" defense in which one or all three of the closest relatives -- George, Cindy and Lee -- are accused of abuse.  Casey apparently told Tony and Nate that she had been abused by her father and brother.  If that is true, she probably told Baez the same thing, and since he has so little to use in the way of a defense, he would probably jump at the chance to paint her as an abuse victim.  He said that once we know all the facts, we will "understand" why Casey behaved as she did.  Most people could never understand a mother failing to report a child as missing, acting as if nothing had happened, not looking for her child and even partying after the child disappears.  But people often can understand and even sympathize with a woman who has been abused as a child or young person.  With so much out there to turn people against Casey from her own odd behavior to her promiscuity to her possible connections to porn and all the lying, what else does Baez have but the abuse excuse?  It might not get her acquitted, but it may save her from the death penalty or life without parole.  On the other hand, wouldn't he have to put her on the stand if he goes that route?  And why do the Anthonys fail to comment on those rumors, accusations and statements in the documents?  It seems they would want to strongly deny any type of abuse from family, but so far, they have been mum on that question. 

Its my undrstanding that KC said thes thing-if so what could George and Cindy say-that kc is  liar--

does anyone here get pop-ups on the Scared Monkey site, even when they have their pop-up blocker set up to block everything???
I have a mac and use firefox.
TIA to anyone who might know, everytime I change pages OR threads, I get a new pop-up!

Yes, same here with a MAC and Firefox as well.  I just went into Firefox/Preferences, and under the content tab I saw that Block pop-up windows was check-marked.  To the right was an Exceptions box, which when opened, listed scaredmonkey.com as an allowed site for pop-ups.  I removed it and I'm hoping that will fix the problem...

Shari..lately I have been getting the tribal fusion pop ups despite the pop up blockers too..
I couldnt get back in, it said SM couldnt be found..
