I am sure all you have been over it ~ NG's show last night ~ the video's within KC and her Georgous Gorgeous Parents ...talking on the phone. I watched it and pulled my covers over my head ...waded thru Dobbs and tortured myself yet again to watch it ... first time round I was stun strucked and had my mouth open... didn't retain much

Mytime NG said last night that The Defense team has never put in for change of Venue. For a Death Penalty case ... I am not a Legal nut - does this make sense of what happened today ?

I think that if KC were to plead out, even to manslaughter, and only received probation that the SA and the Sheriff of Orange County had best shine up their resumes, cuz they would be looking for new jobs come election time.  People are pissed off down here about KC!  What if Casey drowned?  That is negligence and after staying quiet all this time and letting that little girl's body lie somewhere, God know's where, well, she best leave the country.  Casey life is never going to be good or normal or happy.
