Water Treatment Plant that Sean Krause is referring to...

Sean Krause has a theory about Casey burying Caylee near a water treatment plant.  Here is a quote from him:

Casey took the gas cans, drove nearest the water treatment plant, and burned and buried that child somewhere. This is where the focus should have been but people have ignored it. Cell phone ping records point to two areas, yet household cleaning bottles found near the site never seemed to tip anyone off. I don’t get it.

I think that the water treatment plant he is talking about is Conserv I off of Boggy Creek Road south of the airport. Here is a google map of the area:

This is also the same area where 2 seperate eyewitness accounts (that I know of) placed Casey's car and Casey.  Here is a link to that info:

This does seem like a very, very likely place to hide a body (remote, bad smells already coming from the water treatment plant).
