Most interesting post for free.....Hello Monkey Family....regarding my post this morning...my info came from The Body Farm....and the Oakridge Facility they are in conjunction with....the Oakridge facility did the air testing from the trunk of Casy's car....the call I made today...confirmed...that both facilities....had NEW evidence for testing in the Caylee Anthony case....and I did pass this info to LP...Des

As for LP stating that LE may have Caylee's body.... I missed this particular "episode" of NG, but I'm assuming he did not state once in the same show that he was still going to search for Caylee?

IMO, Nancy Grace seems to only address questions in regards to things that have been verified by LE or media.  She seems to try to avoid speculation.  I've noticed that she seems to let a lot of things that LP says drop right away, without any further comment.  In other words, she believes if anybody's gonna be dropping bombshells, it's HER not the guests.

In looking back at some of Des's posts, there is mention of bones being found as well... the person from the body farm that she spoke with, said that he/she wasn't there when bones were found....  but no mention of what kinds of bones, or anything else about them.

Last week in one of my convos with Body Farm and ORNL...there seems to be a *finished* entomology report.....I was told based on the results of this report...which has been sent to FBI.....that the ONLY thing Casey could hope for at this point was a plea bargain.....since when do maggots from a certian car...contain human DNA....huh?.......Des

A live prime-time television appearance. A court filing to secure video of a possible sighting of a missing little girl. And a defense attorney looking around for a non-Orlando venue for a murder trial.

The saga of Casey Anthony and the case of her missing daughter continues.

As the Anthony family readies for a live, prime-time television appearance tonight to talk about their granddaughter, their daughter's attorney is pushing to get video to find the missing 3-year-old.

Jose Baez, Casey Anthony's defense attorney, said he wants surveillance videos from the Florida Mall, where there was a possible sighting of her missing daughter Caylee Marie last month.

Baez recently filed a request in court, which also asks for a standing order to obtain video footage of "any possible sightings of Caylee Marie Anthony."

On Nov. 16, someone snapped a picture of a child who resembles Caylee playing at the Florida Mall. That photograph was released earlier to the media by an organization working with the Anthony family.

Baez is asking for any and all video recordings from that day, between 2 and 5 p.m.

The whereabouts of the child -- and likely other information about this Orlando-based case -- are almost certain to come up tonight with George and Cindy Anthony in their appearance on CNN's Larry King Live. The parents of Casey Anthony are expected to field questions from viewers.

The show is calling the Anthonys' appearance an exclusive. George and Cindy believe their granddaughter is still alive, even though Casey Anthony is in the Orange County Jail, indicted for Caylee Marie's murder.

The Anthonys have been steadfast in their support of their daughter and are convinced they will find Caylee alive. The Anthonys plan to follow up on a Caylee-sighting tip in southern California.

The family spokeswoman, Michelle Bart, declined to say where the tip originated, citing security reasons for Caylee.

On an appearance on The Today Show on Tuesday,, Baez told Lauer that his client's daughter is alive and that the public does not know the truth about the case.

Lauer asked Baez if Anthony, 22, can get a fair trial in Orlando.

"We're certainly hoping so, Matt," Baez replied.

The attorney said that right now, they are "doing the research in the different areas, different media markets, to see exactly where's the best place to see if we could possibly try this case. That we should be submitting to the court shortly."

Dateline NBC (again, WESH-Channel 2) is devoting its 10 p.m. Friday episode to the case.

Meanwhile, the case is scheduled to be back in court Thursday before Orange Circuit Court Judge Stan Strickland. It's supposed to be a chance for the judge to check in with the attorneys on how the case is progressing. Casey Anthony does not have to be there.

ok, monkey thoughts on this ... let's say bones or fragments were found, not full remains, and those were id'd as Caylee. So, would LE notify the family? Hmm. I just don't know what to think.

I did notice something different in the pic posted yesterday of Cindy running surrounded by reporters.  She found a new use for KC's water balloon push wonder bra's. OMG rapping own self on the knuckles with rotten nanners bad monkey going in the corner of cage and being quiet

Well, LE doesn't want to bother with it at all, except for (IIRC) stating that putting pictures like this out in the media is a bad move- because it could put the life of an innocent child in danger. They know Caylee is dead, so they have no reason to even look at the footage.   The fact that Baez is helping the Anthonys by going to a court of law to get this video is just amazing. All that effort, and yet he can't pick up a pack of frickin DVD's with tips from the sheriff's office. 

AM, I am so frustrated with LE seemingly letting the A's off the hook.  1st, Cindy washing the pants from the car.  2nd, George running around now stating he thinks Caylee is alive when we have all seen what his first HONEST reaction was.  3rd, Cindy purposefully giving the wrong hairbrush to LE.  4th, these ridicoulous fake sightings.  5th, the alleged hacking incident.   

How much longer will LE continue to let the A's fabricate, tamper & spin their BS????
I'm getting very disheartened.   

It is frustrating.  I just wonder if LE is giving the A's rope in which to hang themselves with?
