Mandy Albright (I think that's her name) was interviewed by phone on one of the stations.  She said the developer who owns the land that Caylee (maybe) was found on, REFUSED to give permission for a TES search.  I believe this was on FOX but I have been channel surfing.

Klaas ... remember the poster with a great theory and ... also organized a search.

But why would Mandy feel bad if, I say IF, they were refused permission.  You can't go on private property just cuz you want to?

I am just thinking, the day Tony and Casey broke into the shed to steal the gas cans, Tony said she had run out of gas and he drove her to her car with the gas cans and witnessed her put the gas in her car a short distance from the Anthony home.

Is this the location where she ran out of gas? Why did she run out of gas so close to home?

Tim Miller says they have checked, and there is no other missing children reported anywhere in the area and that he would bet everything he has that this is indeed Caylee.........He says the search for Caylee is now over and he says that the Anthony's are gonna have to come to terms with reallity now, and at least now they will know for certain...

  Deputy's are surrounding the Anthony's house and it has been declared a crime scene........

   Tim says that area had been searched and that it was under water at some point...He said no matter what kind of search is done  it was in Gods hands as to when this body would be found.......
    Tim is in Tampa and is on his way to Orlando to look this area over........All the remains are in the plastic Bag......no animal activity reported,  ThankGOD.........they will be able to get a positive ID from them......
   Tim is gonna call the Anthony's and offer his condolences..........

Tim is saying the water level could have had to do with whether or not Caylee could have been found during search time.  This can be important to defense not being able to say body was placed after a search, etc.

I also read some where that it was just a bones no clothes ok so
1st .... she wtf the tape was for  then stripped her down after she was dead and gagged

I have always thought Casey was a sick ***** but I wonder if her putting Caylee so close to home was so that she could "revisit" what she did each and every time she went by that area...Kind of like killers who keep items from their victims...

Did she run out of gasoline and panic and dispose of the remains before calling for help so she would not be found with actual body in her car?
