This just doesn't look like 60' to me.

I heard Sheriff Beary say, "45-60 feet" when he was interviewed. He was estimating. The news sources are now just saying 60 feet.

Gotta take a lot of stuff news reporters say with a grain of salt.

Was her body found or just a skull? No one has said anything about her body just the skull.

They haven't opened the bag yet. CSI is still doing the crime scene.

I said this a couple pages back that I thought they found more b/c I couldn't see Tim Miller coming out in the news and saying that LE told him they are certain it is Caylee.

Only a skull has been seen yet the news is reporting "female child" ... can you tell that just from a skull?

thats what I was wondering ~~Even if there are no other children missing right now and it was just bones then what would lead them to say that it in fact  CAYLEE I wonder if something wlse was found at the scene?

And what happens to hair when in falls off a decomposing body? Could that bag still contain CAylees hair??

If there was duct tape on her head it should have hair on the duct tape.

Yes, this is what I'm thinking, the duct tape could have been wrapped all the way around her head so it would only be stuck on hair now! OMG!!!!!    Maybe that's where they're getting that her mouth was taped!!! THE ANTHONY'S ARE GOING TO SAY THE NANNY KILLED CAYLEE, I JUST KNOW IT!!!!!

I think that Cindy and George are freaking out on that plane right now because there is evidence in the house they won't have time to wash or get rid of....so they call Mallory and tell her to get over there and get rid of it....

She looked shaken up when Sgt. Allen was speaking with her....if you truly are just feeding the dogs, you say that, then when he tells you it's not okay for you to be at the house you say "okay sgt., sorry about that" and you leave....she seemed to really be trying to reason with him....

For people catching up, the area where the body was found was covered with water at the time of the searches and around the time Caylee went missing.  It has now began to dry out.

I think Mallory wasnt aware of what was going on and the deputy's broke the news to her, I watched her while they were talking and I thought I saw her kinda shudder right after the deputy said something........The Anthony's are due in today about 4:30pm and I wonder if they are gonna be allowed to enter the house or if the LE will have a search warant by then and they will have to wait while they are searching.......Gosh Thank God!!!!Caylee has been found!

The Duct tape..The method of disposal and the fact that no family member ever went back to take the body elsewhere says things..

It almost appears that somebody wanted to hurt or cause pain.

Duct tape means abduction
Body in a plastic bag on open ground means I do not even give a shits and I want the body found like this to hurt them..

I would be looking at ex boyfriends and that girl friend of George just to make sure.

Although the actions of Caycy, by not reporting her daughter missing say a lot.. But now what about the people that casey said took Caylee from her at the park ?

Take DNA from all of them. !!

The same garbage bag that was in her trunk will end up being a match for the one she was found in.  That area was underwater at the time, the neighbor said so, and I don't think she was just "thrown out in the open".

As far as the duct tape, I have a sense Caylee was told to be quiet and didn't, or that casey didn't want anyone to hear her cries.  I suspect something like that before I suspect a real abductor.

LE is quite convinced it is Caylee's remains. They will be sent to Quantico here in Virginia for tests. We will not know for certain today.

That would also explain why they are saying it is a female child. Could they have had time to at least do a preliminary comparison to the hair they have, the death hair?

They said that it was a female.  I would say due to the hair and also they can tell male/female by looking at the pelvic bone.

He does not appear to be all that upset.  If I was told that Caylee was possibly found, I think I would have been very weak kneed.

It is APPALLING that Cindy and George would even consider going on any tv station at this time.  Their main concern should be for Caylee and arrangedments for a funeral and GRIEVING for the loss of their sweet little granddaughter.  They might also grieve for the loss of their daughter, for Casey is truly a loss soul and for whatever part they have played in this tragedy.

I just heard Geraldo say that when C and G got the news they were at the airport, and they were busy texting to different media outlets, that it isn't Caylee's remains.

If I had a missing granddaughter, I woulnd't be texting reporters, I'd be texting family for support.  I don't think they ever thought they had a missing granddaughter.  Ever.

Confirmed by neighbors and Beary that the area where the body was found was under water during the time of the TES search as its a flood plain.
