I am watching local 6 live on TV - Casey not on suicide watch!!!!! 

Dolce - are you sure??  He said he didn't want to help Casey yet dicussed what he would do if he as a defense attorney!!  Demand the truth!!

I heard it with my own ears, others were posting it too..its a few pages back.

News anchor asked him point blank. "If you were in Baez's possition what would you do right now?"  (Something to that effect, not verbatum)

He responded with "I am not going to comment on that or say what I would or would not do as I do not want my thoughts or ideas to be picked up by him in assistance with Casey Anthony's defense"  (ALMOST verbatum)  I am sure they will play it again.

He came back later in the conversation to add that he would have demanded the truth from his client kicking them from one corner of the office to the next.

I did hear it, too.  I was cheering for MN because he said he did not want to say anything that could help Casey's defense.

Fox News a short time ago said the authorities called Cindy and she said something like...oh..okay and hung up.

Hi Monkeys~sad news, yet happy she will have a proper burial. I can't stay on long due to non-stop puking and migraine due to that, but i have to woner IF this bag has been there the entire time, I would have thought that animals would have destoyed the bag if it had been in the woods the entire time, I would think that and also that the remains would have been spread out an not still intact after almost 6 monthe. I really think someone moved the bag to an area already searched~Just an idea to toss around

 I posted this earlier as he was speaking...Sheriff Beary stated that he is going to find a way to "re-coup" the hundreds of thousands of dollars spent on this case.  He said it's unchartered territory.  I am thinking he is going after the Anthony's for the money... he must know that they covered this up since early on.  Why else would he make a statement like that??

Mark Nejame (spelling?) just said something to the effect that more disturbing info will come out. I wonder if he believe's Lee is the father? If not, I wonder what this info is???
I did take from his comments that he believes Casey killed Caylee. He just didn't come right out and say those words tho.
.. That there was something in the freezer ( like a smell from fluids) that Cindy knew about or something in the house that a normal person would find suspicious or know instantly , but Cindy wanted to cover it up. Why would they want to go on LKL  ?

I only said the top part, not sure who said the part in red. I'm trying to catch up.

No one listens to me--I have said from the beginning that she had put that child in the freezer and removed all the frozen food and removed the body (probably George in my opinion).  We had a case like this several years ago and the body was found in the freezer over 2 years later.

Cindy should be in jail for these brazen lies she told on LKL last night.  This is copied from the transcript thread.

CINDY ANTHONY: I called a little bit ago. The deputy sheriff is not here. I found out my granddaughter has been taken. She has been missing for a month. I told you my daughter was missing for a month. I just found her today, but I can't find my granddaughter. And she just admitted to me that she's been trying to find her herself. There's something wrong. I found my daughter's car today and it smells like there's been a dead body in the damned car.

Was it ever established exactly where Casey was during this month she was supposedly missing ?

Yes, this should be something else. The Drama Queen has probably spent the entire trip planning how she'll react for the cameras. It should really be choice when she discovers LE spending the nite at her house going through everything. I wonder if LE will allow the Anthonys in there while they are searching?

That is such an adorable picture of Caylee posted just below...one of the cutest of all.  I like to think her smile is for being found.

No child wants to be lost and alone.

As for Cindy, to me scheduling interviews at this time is just so terribly tacky and unseemly and disgusting.  Have they no shame and no sense of propriety? 

Cindy is about to hit a brick wall of reality herself.
