LP on headline news said the night of June 15, after Cindy choked Casey, Casey took off with Caylee. She was seen pacing much later in the parking lot of a hotel, no child was seen, someone saw her pacing. I've never heard LP say this before.

Hello everyone!!  I have mixed emotions about this latest news.  Sure, hopefully this will help bring the case to closure and provide justice for the victim in this case.  But doing so also means a little innocent girl has been taken from us.  I'm sad right now...

Hi 3rd - yes but most of us came to the realization that Caylee was no longer with us a couple months ago.  Now it's about getting justice for Caylee and closure for the family.  Unfortunately there is questions about the grandparents and their possible involvement in obstruction.

We do not know for certain where the duct tape was.  It may have been on the bag, on the body, on the ground, etc.  There was duct tape wrapped around baby Connor's neck in the Peterson case, but it may have gotten there as it floated in the bay. 

Mothers have been known to duct tape a child's mouth to keep it quiet or as punishment and the results can be deadly.  But the tape probably was used to seal the bag shut.

We have to realize the body has been there possibly for nearly six months, sometimes buried in a shallow grave or under some sort of cover and sometimes in water.  Things could certainly have been moved around.

I am reserving any judgement or speculation about the condition of the body until I see a forensic report or have the ME give a statement.

Caylee was found today...how do I know?  Well, they are searching the house again.  They have never done that in all this time..just outside and asked for a few things.  They are specifically looking for something this time too. You can clean and clean and if you have no idea what to hide or destroy you still have evidence in the house.  They need some actual piece of Caylee's DNA now since Cindy pulled her hairbrush trick.  Her toys...her clothing.  There would be epithelial cells on things Caylee touched, put in her mouth.  Cindy has been too busy to destroy it all...there must be something left.

They will look for anything that is bound with a piece of duct tape...a box for storage, the garden hose...if the tape came from there something still has that same tape on it.  Now that they know what they need to find it narrows the search down...just one piece is all they need.

I just wonder if Cindy did know exactly what to look for and cover up.  If that's the case, they better take her down!

Earlier, Cindy Anthony, the grandmother of Caylee, fired back Thursday after she apparently heard harsh statements against her on a national TV show as a search for the child continues.

The founder of a group organizing daily Central Florida searches for missing Caylee Anthony, Tim Miller, said he was furious with Cindy Anthony after what he said was a lack of cooperation.

"I'm pissed off," Equusearch's Miller said. "I feel as though we have been used in this and we are not getting any cooperation. We have done everything Cindy Anthony has asked us to do."

Cindy Anthony apparently heard comments from Miller and bounty hunter Leonard Padilla on CNN's Nancy Grace show and released a statement from a family representative Thursday.

"Leonard Padilla and Tim Miller came to me under false pretenses -- both claiming their sole purpose to find Caylee alive. Tim Miller misrepresented his intentions, and is falsely accusing me of not cooperating with him, when it is evident his motives were to obtain publicity for his organizations at the expense of exploiting my granddaughters' disappearance. Tim Miller tried to discredit Kid Finders Network by falsely stating that they tried to pull out of the search for Caylee. Mr. Miller also claims that he spent twelve hours in my home with my family including Casey, when in fact he spent only a few hours total with me and minutes with Casey. This is an example of Tim Miller following in Leonard Padillas footsteps. Although I feel his organization has a purpose, his misrepresentation has tainted the effort of so many people with good intentions. I would have expected Tim Miller to speak with me one on one, rather than me hearing him on Nancy Grace."

Miller responded to the statement.

"This is about Caylee, period, the end," Miller said. "And I would hope, if something has happened to Caylee, I would hope Cindy would want us out here finding her body too. If Cindy wants us to stop looking for her body, guess what -- we are not going to.

Where the hell did they get chloroform to clean the car-how many of you use chloroform to clean.  How can they say it is an accident that kc just used chlorform  make caylee sleep.  In my mind that is murder-death penalty period-one other thing the people on the plan said the anthonys were very composed- If that was my grand daufgter u would have to chloroform me to stop me from screaming

Shouldn't that be speaking volumes to LE?  She didn't flinch at news that came about during the TES search or LP's search, but she's having panic attacks today?
