Yes,  if they want to they can still seek the death penalty....................I wonder what Baiz is gonna say now in regards to we think Caylee is still alive.....................They can tell now almost exactly when death accured!

God bless Caylee.  This (besides her being found alive) is the best way she could have been found after all this time.  Her little body is together for burial.  Hopefully since she was in a bag of some sort, maybe there is still some evidence to be found w/ her.

Too late for that deal if this is her...Boy!  Baez is a terrible lawyer.  He must be a little nervous right now.  Where are the Anthonys?  I have been out for a day or so and I am a little behind.

Decomp could have been affected by body being in bag and body being in water. May have preserved to some extent.

I believe the Anthony's are on a plane home from California.  I think Lee Anthony was at the courthouse this morning.
