I didn't realize Kidfinders ever actually searched for Caylee.....how can the search be "suspended"

Translation:  We will no longer have a stand up to beg for donations.  We will dismantle the moving billboard which is costing us money anyway.  The sham is over, we have scammed all we can from this MP case.

Yes, me too. The remains were in a plastic bag, probably sealed, and submerged under water.

Was it placed in water or was it the water from the storms? I wonder if there was something there to weight it down. Any pavers removed from the house/yard?

I don't see any fence now. What happened to the fence? If there is a fence, did the utility worker climb a fence?

the video where the teen got footage of the recovery from his house. I saw a chain link fence at the back of his house. Not sure what channel it was on. Maybe that is the fence, blocking the area form the homes but not from the road. Or it could have just been his fence.  Good question though.
