Okay, I have a strange question.

Tim says that the area where the body was found was underwater the first time they searched. The second time, it was fenced off. That was just last month.

I don't see any fence now. What happened to the fence? If there is a fence, did the utility worker climb a fence?

The fence thing confuses me. Not an important issue, but just wondering.

I was wondering that, too!  Does anyone know? Did anyone see a fence still there?

I was very unhappy with Greta's questioning of LP last night.  I can definitely understand anyone that had been involved in this case feeling the "need" to come back to Orlando to put some closure to this case.  My best friends hubby is a retired detective and he says the worst thing in the world is working a homicide case when a child is involved.  He says those are the cases that make LE stay awake at night, as most of them have children of their own and can closely relate.  LP was the one person, despite some of his personality flaws, that was willing to keep searching for Caylee.  I just thought Greta was a real bitch last night when questioning his motives about coming back to Orlando.  Personally, I don't think Greta has been the same since SP lost the election...lol!

It might have been a temporary construction fence or something.

That makes sense. They just said it was "fenced off" I think. Hadn't thought of that.

ok, I am for real going to hop on a plane and go to Hopespring Drive and bitch slap these people in the background of the news videos talking on their cell phones and smiling like "can you see me on TV?" Well, now your buddy can see you getting slapped by me. And while I'm there I will kick the "Kabbalah Bowls" dude's azz and break his white sunnglasses in half while he sobs. Then I will go to the jail and give Casey another panic attack. Then I will promptly be arrested and y'all can read about me. Phew. I feel better now. Must get to that anger management class.

Now that was funny. Where do we send the bail money...better yet...we will call LP to get you out.

I didn't see it. But really, what purpose does that serve? He obviously did not murder the child. Question Casey's motives, her parents, her brother. Sheesh!

Yes I noticed that too...I wonder if they are checking them for certain chemicals, like checking them against the chemicals found in the trunk..Covering all their bases I think...

ITA Ann, IMO LP was very moved by this case, probably more so than he originally bargained for!

There was a neighbor next to the woods where body was found, that was interviewed on camera and there was a chain link fence in front of him.  It seemed to stop up a ways from where the scene was.  You can see it in this picture and it does appear to end.

I thought I heard yesterday that there was a new housing development going up in that area. Not sure which station said that but I did hear something like that yesterday by one of the reporters. Maybe that has something to do with the fence being there at that time?

On NG, night before last, LP made a comment about LE already having a body.  Did anyone else catch that?

Yes, but I think he was just blowing hot air at the time.  LP likes to see peoples reactions to what he says, IMO.

IIRC he said I wouldnt be surprised if they did already have the body.
I know he likes to throw things out there but most have been somewhat true he was the one who said casey said they didnt even find clothes yet and sure enough she had no clothes.  I think with even having been on the inside but with casey not saying much and CA and GA living in denial  I applaud him for looking (whatever his motives) and we are all still speculating off of what we are limited to  knowing

I kinda felt bad greta was giving him a hard time about coming back to fl  for a memorial if I was able to I would go to

I am sickened at how the A's continuously betray Caylee.  She loved them unconditionally and they can't give her that love back.  It is time they stand up for Caylee and not book a LKL appearance.

I posted this earlier but don't know if any of you went to the link.  The deputies said a bomb was found near the sight of where the kids found the spot months ago.  I think that's interesting and wonder if anything was ever said later about this.  A bomb found near the site +near an elementary school?  I wonder why it was so close to the site and who put it there?

Thanks for that HidingMonkey.  You would definitely think they would have said more about a bomb being found.  It sounds like they just made something up to keep it quiet.  A bomb is pretty serious, especially, like you said, near a school!
Well I can tell you that if I had kids across the street I'd be wanting answers on this.  The kids may be FOS Klass but LE would be able to discuss if questioned.  I just really think something might be up with this being so close to where they found the remains, if this is true.  IMO its something to be questioned...

Did her evil-bitchness spray the remains with pesticide while she was in the trunk???

I am afraid to hear the more disgusting info NeJame mentioned. My lord, I am disgusted enough as it is. Have been since "day one."

This whole family is "unusual" to say the least..

Today - yes I thought about that fence as well.  Could be that Tim Miller was thinking about that side of the road.
