Did anyone else notice the green pesticide sprayer that they took from the A's house? Right after they show the blue shop vac ... caught my attention...strange.

Goodness, I just took a look at our shop vac...did you know that stuff from years ago is still in that canister?  I have emptied that thing several times since we moved here over 25 years ago...so yes, things stay in those vacs for a long time....don't anyone ask what I found...it was really dirty in that vac.  I hope LE never comes to my house...they would be here for days and think all I ever vacuumed out of my car was dog hair.  Gosh, that dog has been gone for years...I wonder if I could get her cloned now?  I really loved that dog.

Plastic Bag, Duct Tape Could Yield Vital Clues in Caylee Anthony Case
Thursday, December 11, 2008

The plastic bag and duct tape reportedly found with the remains of a child's body in Orlando, Fla., could help tie the unidentified skeleton to missing toddler Caylee Anthony, a forensic pathologist tells FOXNews.com.

The remains, found Thursday by a utility worker less than half a mile from Caylee's home, have yet to be identified, but investigators will be searching the scene for "a treasure trove of forensic evidence," FOX News contributor Michael Baden said.

Pathologists should be able to identify the body quickly from dental records, Baden said, and the plastic and duct tape could provide additional vital clues, including fingerprints. They could also provide clues to how the child died, and to who dumped the body.

"The beauty of duct tape — no matter rain, snow, sleet — that fingerprint will stay there," Baden said, adding that if someone used their teeth to rip it, it could yield DNA evidence too.

"Right now, they would be looking at all the contents of the plastic bag and they would be looking at the plastic bag itself," Baden said. "The fingerprints on the outside often get dissolved away by weather, but the inside of the plastic bag, the fingerprints would be there."

Two-year-old Caylee Anthony has been missing since June 16. Her mother, Casey Anthony, 22, has been charged with first-degree murder of her daughter, child abuse, aggravated manslaughter and four counts of lying to investigators about her disappearance.

Evidence found in the trunk of Casey Anthony's Pontiac Sunfire showed a decomposing body had been kept there. Strands of Caylee's hair were found, as were traces of chloroform.

"One important thing that I’ve hoped they’ve done already is take an air sample from the bag because they found chloroform in the vehicle and the cause of death still has to be determined," Baden said.

Finding chloroform could poke holes in the prosecution's first-degree murder case, if this is Caylee's body, he said.

"If it is chloroform as the cause of death, then it could be an accidental overdose and would not be capital, first-degree murder, because sometimes chloroform is used as a babysitter, to put a baby to sleep while mom goes out partying," Baden said.

If dental records cannot be used to identify the body, DNA evidence will be used to identify the skeletal remains. The remains will also be examined for signs of trauma.

"If there are fractures to the skeleton, then that goes again to first degree -- intentional suffering on the part of the baby," Baden said. "They can tell the baby suffered."

ok, I am for real going to hop on a plane and go to Hopespring Drive and bitch slap these people in the background of the news videos talking on their cell phones and smiling like "can you see me on TV?" Well, now your buddy can see you getting slapped by me. And while I'm there I will kick the "Kabbalah Bowls" dude's azz and break his white sunnglasses in half while he sobs. Then I will go to the jail and give Casey another panic attack. Then I will promptly be arrested and y'all can read about me. Phew. I feel better now. Must get to that anger management class.

Now that was funny. Where do we send the bail money...better yet...we will call LP to get you out.

Just send it to Walletfinders *cough* Kidfinders.

As hard as it is, I will try to go to my happy place, at least my not-beating-anyone-down place. It's odd that no one in my personal life understands why I care so much. They say, yeah it's sad. Yeah, she was cute. Yeah, her mom killed her. And here I am getting bent out of shape over it. Crap like this needs to stop and then I will stop getting so upset.

I was very unhappy with Greta's questioning of LP last night.  I can definitely understand anyone that had been involved in this case feeling the "need" to come back to Orlando to put some closure to this case.  My best friends hubby is a retired detective and he says the worst thing in the world is working a homicide case when a child is involved.  He says those are the cases that make LE stay awake at night, as most of them have children of their own and can closely relate.  LP was the one person, despite some of his personality flaws, that was willing to keep searching for Caylee.  I just thought Greta was a real bitch last night when questioning his motives about coming back to Orlando.  Personally, I don't think Greta has been the same since SP lost the election...lol!

She's like Leo Marvin shoving Bob out of the way after he teaches Siggy how to dive. He shoves Bob into the water stating "I'll take it from here!". I think Greta now wants a piece of the action. (Movie: What about Bob?)

It drives me nuts when these reporters or tv/radio celebs try to tell us about the case and don't even have their facts straight! Geez read the Monkey board!!!

WTH? Is this true? It is my understanding that if Caylee died from a chloroform od this is not considered ACCIDENTAL under the law. Isn't this a felony in itself and if a death occurs during commission of said felony it makes it a captial murder 1st degree? Am I just wrong?

Yes I noticed that too...I wonder if they are checking them for certain chemicals, like checking them against the chemicals found in the trunk..Covering all their bases I think...

I wonder if stupid KC attempted to speed up decomposition by spraying her with a chemical?

On NG, night before last, LP made a comment about LE already having a body.  Did anyone else catch that?

I asked yesterday afternoon when I got on here a long time after the news broke about the find when the bag was discovered. I heard Padilla say that on NG and her totally ignore the remark, and I wondered if he had advanced info or just tossed out the comment like he often does. Apparently, it was just him blurting out something since the meter reader didn't discover the bag until long afterward.

KidFinders Network suspends search for Caylee 10:20 a.m.: KidFinders -- the group helping the Anthonys look for Caylee -- announced that it's suspending its search for Caylee due to the recent developments. The organization says it has not given up on Caylee and will continue to update its Web site (www.helpfindcaylee.com and www.kidfindersnetwork.com).

I didn't realize Kidfinders ever actually searched for Caylee.....how can the search be "suspended"

LOL - I guess they have to keep up the pretense.

I am sickened at how the A's continuously betray Caylee.  She loved them unconditionally and they can't give her that love back.  It is time they stand up for Caylee and not book a LKL appearance.

I agree but at the same time I wonder what they will say. This is NOT Caylee (if results ar enot back). If this IS Caylee, Casey did not do it. What can they say at this point? They should crawl into a hole and shut up perhaps.

Good Morning Monkeys!  Geeze, what a sad night.  I am glad that it appears little Caylee has been found, I hung on to a wee bit of hope that maybe (against all odds) she might one day come home alive.  Poor baby!

I do not usually get into theories, but there are a few oddities that make me want to speculate.

1.  Remember the find in that same area where there was a rope sticking out of the ground where something was buried?  I believe LE officially said someone had buried a dog there.  The interview released of the 2 people who had discovered it said, at the end, "...and you did not speak to the media about this, right?".  No one ever came forward and stated "OH, that was my dog I buried".

2.  Tim Miller had started searching that area and stopped because much of it was under water and he was afraid if something was there, driving 4wheelers and people walking over it might disturb the body and evidence so the search was stopped until it dried out.  It just dried out enough this week to where they thought they might be able to search it again.  Tim said that a chain link fence was erected around that area shortly after that.

3.  It was reported that there were utility people in there trying to unstop a drainage pipe to further drain the area.  It was one of those utility people who discovered the body  Rains were expected to move in again yesterday (and indeed it did rain).

Here is my theory.  I wonder if LE did in fact discover something buried - related to Caylee - in that hole with the rope sticking out of it?  LE told the people who discovered the hole/rope not to speak to the media and made sure they had not spoken to the media.  Since they could not recover a body at that time without compromising the scene, they ordered a chain link fence to be erected around the area.

Tim stated that just this week it had dried up enough to go in there and search the area again.  Hard rains were expected to come in again to that area yesterday.

I think those "utility workers" might have been in there at the direction of LE (or actually were LE) to search the area for the body.

I believe LE was almost certain that the body was in there and that is one reason that Tim suddenly called of the search the last time he was here.

Anyway, this is just my look at what might turn out to be the reality of this find.

One other thing, that guy yesterday who was wearing those white sun glasses and always supported KC?  Besides being a "drama queen", I really wonder about his involvement in this case.  He just makes my HINKEY meter go off the charts!

I think you may be on to something.  It sure sounds like a logical explanation.   If what the boys who claim to have first found something there are telling the truth, and the police said that what they found was a bomb, like in explosive, don't you think that would have a least made the local news?     IMO, that was just a way to distract from what was really found.

Good Morning Monkeys,

I am trying to catch up. Read back about 20 cage pages.

I am wondering "IF"  Casey being the " Pathological Liar" that she is .. do you think she has mentally convinced her own self that she was not involved in Caylee's death? That she believes her own lies are the truth? That is the reason why she had a panic attack.

We can all see that Casey has been wallowing in this  New Found Love from her Mother and Father .... in the video tapes of her talking to her parents in jail. You can see that she is gloating with " I am center of my Parents Love" they care that I am eating ucky coleslaw and yadda and Believe every word I say .....

And neither one GA/CA mention Caylee ....they just want to tell Casey How Much they Love her puke blah ....

Now that Caylee ( we hope this is her) has been found, Do you think that The Ants are going to continue this circus of lies and denial. That they will say even if they find concrete evidence within their house ... " That Casey had Nothing to Do with it"

That the finger pointing of others will start all over again ?

When the Ants do such things and say such things that are Obvious to everyone ..as LP Said " Cindyisms" last night on NG. When they contort their past statements over and over ...etc.
I think it makes them look guilty or at best suspicious that they were involved after Caylee's Death. I wonder what more has to be put into their faces to make them break and finally own some of this.

I am wondering if they are going to throw in at one point the " Insanity Plea" depending upon the next few days of how Casey acts....
Just thoughts

I had kind brought this up yesterday. I thnk it is going to be really interesting to see the cause of death now. I would think if she was duct tape that she suffocated from it which made me wonder if the chloroform was used to clean out the trunk. If that was the case then it would also explain why the hair had chlorofrom on it. From the reports they said there were a lot of ammounts of chloroform in the trunk of the car.
