Duct tape, around the skull, meant to keep caylee quiet. 
 

I would think Caylee would have been able to rip the tape of herself...unless her hand were tied. Hate, hate, hate to think that, but nothing else makes sense.

I have a theory about how the duct tape and chlorofrom tie together and I think I could be dead on with this theory. And this could also explain you thinking that Caylee could have pulled it off. She wouldn't have been able do that if she died while being drugged.

I am thinking that Casey chloroformed Caylee and then put the ductape around her mouth to prevent people from hearing Caylee from screaming/crying when she came out of the drugged chloroformed state. Caylee probably overdosed and suffocated from both things and when Casey came back to the trunk to check on Caylee she found her dead

I think Casey got rid of Caylee's body on June 16th.  The problem is whatever remains leaked into the trunk of her car continued to decompose and smell.  This was a big problem for Casey.  I think Casey made attempts to clean and coverup the odor until even she couldn't stand it any more and left her car at Amscot. 

george seen caylie on the 16th, so if casey also got rid of caylie's body on the 16th, would it not have been too soon to have decompositon?

I am glad you mentioned about the hands tied. I was thinking Casey set this up to look like an abduction, mouth covered, I wonder if hands and feet were tied? I just didn't want to go this direction, but since she liked crime shows, it would fit.

Can someone back-up to conversations last month about the white trash bag with a yellow pull-string (if my memory serves me correctly), which was seen in KC's trunk by, I think, a man working at the tow yard and maybe GA.  There were pages of speculation here about what all it held after the maggots were found.  All morning, my curious mind has been thinking about if Caylee's body had been in the trunk, and in the white plastic bag, and again transferred to the black trash bag, which was found yesterday, there had to be more than just KC's involvement.  I don't know about you, but at our house, it usually takes two people to fill a trash bag when there's a lot of trash...one to hold the bag and one to fill it.  Maybe my mind is just in rambling mode today.  

IIRC the bag of trash that was in the trunk of her car was from tony's apt

Where were the maggots retrieved from, which I thought forensics tied to Caylee?

IMO the bag of trash was in the trunk along with the remains and/or left over body fluids and the maggots were on outside of the bag b/c of its contact with the remains.

That is a very good possibility, but I also feel she did the tape to perhaps look like an abduction, if her body was found.

I think the fact that they hired the high profile like overnight is very telling.  Also, the fact that GA and CA got another defense attorney is also very telling in my opinion. 
Of course this is all just my opinion.

SO they found something at the scene that led them to the A's and they found something at the A's house."Absolutely" was the word used about finding something at the A's..


SO I am thinking this has to be something that is obvious to the eye...A match possibly (like the necklaces) possibly two different items.  I cant see Beary saying "Absolutely" if it was an item(s) that had to go through scientific exams to be linked, I believe it is something that LE could look at and say "YES"!

And although I realize there's nothing funny about this case, sometimes having a sense of humor does help in getting thru it all.  So, I just had to laugh when Beary used the word "absolutely", am sure they are as sick of hearing that word from the A's and friends as we are.  Good point you make on his using that word as if in underlining the info as a very definite fact.  They are probably happy to finally have something that is definite.

If Casey was drugging her and letting her sleep in the trunk ("Nanny"), would she have provided a blanket and pillow for Caylee? Just a thought.

Or a small quilt...maybe a patterned one which may match something in that front bedroom qhich they searched last night ? 

Maybe she used some kind of bedding from the house and ordered the replacement from JC Penney?

The A's have known since the beginning that Caylee was killed.  And I believed they tried to cover-up as much as possible in order to save Casey.
