They said it on Nancy Grace again that its become a crime scene and there is crime scene tape all around the house.

It means that they are 100 per cent that is caylee...i always was curious how george remembered very good caylee's outfit last time he saw her......

The duct tape could have separated from the bag and ended up on her face.  Unless it was really wound around her head, I would not jump to any conclusions.  I remember that little Connor Peterson's body had duct tape around the neck but it got there while his body floated in the bay, or so they thought.

I said last night that I was off work today and was going to watch the pretrial conference this morning.  Well, here I sit hours later....still working the computer with the tv nearby!  This is probably a good thing because at least it kept me in the house and resting, sort of!  I probably would have been running around Christmas shopping in the rain if this hadn't happened today.  As it was, people are lucky they got dinner tonight - it was a skillet thingie with kielbasa, potatoes and baby spinach.  And I was watching the big screen in the next room while I was cooking.

I really thought this day would never come and it would be the luck of the draw with the jury.  Happy isn't the right word, relieved, I guess.  There will be a lot more document dumps in the future now; lots for us to consider!

Yes, but they have said there are reports that tape was found on the skull itself.. not just on the bag?

I have only heard it was on the bag to hold it closed...the rest has been people speculating I think....

I too read that there was duct tape found on the skull. Don't know if that's 100% verified, but I thought: maybe to keep fluid from escaping through mouth or nose after death??

I think it's standard operating procedure under the circumstances.  I'll bet they are looking very closely at things, and have a better idea of what to look for.  JMHO

Someone said (cannot recall which poster, sorry) that the LE already had duct tape taken from the car trunk to compare the duct tape at the scene with.  So I wonder what they are looking for in the home.  Maybe they intend to turn that place upside down.

Yes, she was, at least. The remains have been sent to Quantico here in VA for the FBI to examine now though.

Not sure if you all caught this thread on WS, but it's about the woman who took the bag/s of trash from the Anthony home.. the one with the cut up hat in it.   The woman still has the bag/s and it's possible it was from the same roll as the bag with these remains.

Looks like Spanish moss hanging on the trees at that location.  Little Caylee was covered by a canopy of Spanish moss.  I grew up in Louisiana so I am used to seeing it.  It looks really spooky at night though.

I was wondering if Florida had the moss like Louisiana, and Texas. When I saw gray, I thought of that moss.

Here are some things I will watch for to see if the Tarot Death card applies.

 1.  Is there a sex-death connection?
 2.  Is the person who found her religious or a Scorpio?
 3.  Does the Number 13 have any meaning in the case?
 4.  Are there white horses or white flowers nearby?
 5.  On the card, the child is carrying flowers and holds the wrist of a person in a gray gown, who cannot be seen.
 6.  There is a cross on the glove of the religious figure on the card.  Will a cross be found near her or with her?
 7.  The skull looks out from the armor of the figure riding the horse.
 8.  Is there a pillar or post of any kind near where the body was found?
 9.  On the card, there is land with a little pond in it as well as the flowing river or stream.
10.  The sky on the card is gray, in spite of the sun on the horizon, and today was a gray and rainy day in Orlando./b]

The white horses I'm thinking aren't horses as we think of the animal. Just a feeling, maybe the white horse could be a tree name (like Chestnut) with the flower or fruit being white on it when it blooms or develops. Those trees can also turn grey.

This morning was the pre-trial and heard that Casey was to appear.  Anything showing her on the news today?  I saw a segment showing her with a pink purse and head band but wondered if this was shot earlier?  Anyone know?

No, she didn't appear and I think the pre-trial has been moved to January and the trial to March?  Something like that.
