No one but LE and utility man saw the bag or anything. TM saw where the bag was. I guess he was questioned and his logs looked at to determine the answer to the question :
Was this area searched, and if so, why didn't we find it then. Answer, it was under water and the water just receeded about a week and 1/2 ago. Grass under bag, dead and brown with an indentation. Grass all around weedy and green. LKL tomorrow ! Are they all crazy. ?

I do not understand what is wrong with this statement......I heard it on NG,    but what is the problem with the syayement ....why ask are they all crazy?

The scene was handled well, Cindy and George were effectively shut up and out of their house. Mallory wasn't let back into the house. They are keeping the info to themselves as to what else was in the bag. My kudos to them.

Per Phil Keating on Greta  (same  rumors from earlier)   NO clothes with the body,   LE won't confirm ANYTHING about duct tape, but other items in bag.   Also said other people on the A's flight home today, said they just seemed consumed and there was a huge amout of LE at airport to pick them up...

They have done a great job all along, LE took the Anthonys through a backdoor or sidedoor that is why there is no video of them at airport.

Did confirm duct tape had bounded  the bag, ( so fingerprints will be on it), but won't say anything about tape on the body either way.

   I hope OCSD continue to handle like they did today.  I hope there are no mistakes, no leaks, nothing gets thrown out as inadmissible.  We know the defense will be doing their best to find any potential loophole or snag.  JMHO

Tim Miller said a neighbor told him the water just receded about 1 1/2 ---2 weeks ago....

Tim also said on NG he went to the spot the bag was and it looked like if you placed a log on the ground and left it there for 6 months and went back and picked it up --- then thats what it looked like under the bag...

It really is sad SS.  I agree it's heartbreaking, but I think when the public learns more of the details of what happened, there is going to be a back lash of anger.  It's part of the grieving process.

would you want to go on CNN and make a public azz of yourself ? Why is this of any interest to the public ?  Don't Geo & Cindy need some time to figure this out and perhaps grieve ? In private ?
Tim Miller's ppl were in that area. A good defense lawyer would say : Wasn't that area cleared ? Why is it there now when it wasn't there when TM's ppl were there ? That's why they had Tim there. Casey has been in jail. They have to determine not only how long the baby was dead, but how long the bag was there. The area is secured , no one can get in ( except Murt LOL ) and they are still processing the scene.

TIM was on NG. The water receeding info was from a neighbour to the property and it was relayed to TIM. He said the dent in the ground looked like a log had been laying there, then you picked the log up. Wasn't placed there just recently.

OK you want real creepy? I'm watching CSI and they started by showing a black garbage bag, tied, thrown into shallow water with the body of a man inside and then a time lapse of what happens to the body over time in the rainy weather conditions! And you thought you can't write this stuff!! What are the chances of this!!!!
