ok, I am for real going to hop on a plane and go to Hopespring Drive and bitch slap these people in the background of the news videos talking on their cell phones and smiling like "can you see me on TV?" Which A's SUV is sitting in front of the garage door and why?  As I remember, to begin with, the web cam yest. didn't show any vehicle in the driveway.  Then, what's her name came to take care of the dogs and went in thru the garage door.  From what I remember of all of the postings, she was asked to leave, so I assume she would have driven her own vehicle back home.  So, what's with the SUV that has the help find Caylee sign on it?

I have a feeling that the judge is going to deny the motion. This woman from the County just told the judge that the defence team has no right to file this motion b/c they don't even know who the body belongs to.

DEFENSE MOTION DENIED ... The Defense had the cart before the horse and had absolutely no standing to impose themselves in a procedure when they do not even know who the remains officially belong to.

There has been a tenative investigation.

Jose was advised yesterday that hair color and teeth size (missed the technical term used) the same as Caylee.  Hair color means hair was there.

The hair will definitely make it quicker I would think for DNA instead of doing the bone test for DNA.
